BB Bold :: 9780 Unable To Access E-mails?

All was fine with my BB before I switched to an iPhone 2 weeks ago, then back to my same BB Bold 9780 unlocked. All was find before the regretfull move. For some reason now, I cannot access, send, or receive e-mails even though I've added my e-mails on my BB account via laptop.ve contacted my carrrier AT&T for 3 hours on the phone trying to figure out the problem. I registered the device, they send "service books" if that's what they're called, NO SOLUTION.1)Setup2)Email Accounts3)Internet Mail Account (Set up or manage an existing email account, or create a new Blackberry email account)4) "Checking for update...Connecting to email server...Your Blackberry Internet Service account is suspended or deactivated.Contact your wireless carrier" OVER AND OVER no matter who I speak to or what they do. I even wiped the phone.One representative suggested I download service books from a 3rd party or something over the internet

I bought a new BB 9780, i find that the mails are suddenly delted from my BB. I was asked to reload the software which was done at the service center & advised by the service center I got a new SIM Card.

I am facing this particular issue with my 9700 for the last two days or so.
I have following three mail accounts configured with my device;
1) Enterprise/ Office Mail ID (Folder Named as Desktop)
2) Yahoo Mail ID (Folder Named as Yahoo)
3) GMail ID (Folder Named as GMail)
Now in the Messages, Yahoo & SMS Folders; I am only able to view the mails from office mail id. The Messages folder which ideally comprise of messages from all the folders shows only the messages of the Desktop. Similarly for the Yahoo Folder. I am even not able to view my SMS in the SMS & MMS Folder.

I connected my Bold9780 to my PC and I was told there was a device upgrade and that it would take some time. I set it off and my computer crashed (power cut). At first all seemed ok, the upgrade seems to have been successfully installed. However I cannot send or receive emails now. I have tried to reconcile and nothing at all happens. If I try to access my email via settings I just get a message saying "Your device has a problem connecting to the internet" and I'm offered RETRY or CANCEL I've retried loads of times without success. The phone and texting work fine but I cannot access any apps either as it just says "server can not be found"

I have two email accounts on my Bold and periodically it will not allow me to open emails. I can see new emails received but when I try to open it won't. Is this a space issue? Is there a way to purge deleted messages, when I had my Curve there was a way to purge deleted items.

On my Blackberry bold 9000 since last night (approximately) I have not been receiving e-mails however I am still able to send e-mails.On the diagnostics check everything came back as yes apart from connected to e-mail, however this is the first time this has happened and I have confirmed that I have entered the correct log in details. Does anyone have any ideas on why this is happening as I would have thought that if I wasn't connected to my e-mail account that I would not have been able to send e-mails? Any help would be appreciated, I am a UK Vodafone user.

I backed up my handset yesterday on BB desktop software. Handed in my BB to get my replacement. I now cannot access the backed up contacts of my initial BB. I thought I would be able to synch them over, but my new phone part is being processed as a new device. How do I sync over the contacts? I cant even find them?!

Please check your information and try again."Now, I'm not sure what my Mailbox name is.I was told to log in on my computer's browser to my work email via Outlook Web Access and put the cursor over the inbox to read the name on the bottom of the screen.This is all it reads: "https://webmail.(companyname).com/owa/#. My blackberry was charging fine a few days ago, when I tried to put it on charge this morning it wouldn't charge and this half power sign was showing in the battery, now I have to hold it in place for it to charge.

I have recently reverted back to using my blackberry onto a Dataplan in order to pick emails back up on it. Have set up BIS, but whenever I have tried to set up any of my email accounts it just keeps coming up with error - unable to connect to server, then user name and password must be incorrect, check your server. All user names and passwords correct. Have gone through the cold reboot - Registered the Blackberry, removed the Service Books and tried to reinstate the accounts and it keeps coming up with the same error.

I've got a Bold 9780 and I am able to send and receive emails but when I try to reply to an email I can type new text in the reply but don't get a send button on the screen. I get; change application, save draft and full menu buttons. I'm not using enterprise - just regular. I took my phone to 2 Rogers location last night and they hadn't seen this issue before. I have up to date software on my phone and desktop?

My BB bold 9780 is unable to make or receive calls when on the 2G network though the data works ok via Edge and I can browse, receive corporate mail etc. When I switch to the 3G network it receives and makes calls OK..

I am trying to access my applications without any success. I can make and receive calls. But I can not check my email or text messages. I also can not access any of my applications. I recently update my Desktop Software to the 6.0. I was trying to do a security wipe on my handheld, but it will not allow me to go into options. Any alternate security wipe for my device.

i bought this phone from America and on sprint network and brought it down to the UK to use, it was unlocked and can work on new sim but cannot connect to internet from the network except through wifi so if i am on the road it can`t connect to internet except if i am within wifi area so what can i do?

I have used Blackberry for about 5 years now and upgraged 3-4 times. Each time my Blackberry email has transferred across into the automatice email set up. I upgraded last week again to the new Bold 9900 and this time the email has not come across. It is still there on the blackberry pc page to edit signatures etc., and when I select the option to 'update device' I get the error message 'unable to find device'. I've tried everything, and contacted "Orange" who say they are also unable to access the email as the password is not being recognised?? HELP

There are some photos I cannot access from my PC.The Photo's Properties (on the Device) show "Device/ home/ user/ camera/ ....",however, I cannot find any photo at all either on "Blackberry/ camera" or "Blackberry / pictures" folders from my PC.There are over 60 photos I would like to take the copy to my PC.
