I have used Blackberry for about 5 years now and upgraged 3-4 times. Each time my Blackberry email has transferred across into the automatice email set up. I upgraded last week again to the new Bold 9900 and this time the email has not come across. It is still there on the blackberry pc page to edit signatures etc., and when I select the option to 'update device' I get the error message 'unable to find device'. I've tried everything, and contacted "Orange" who say they are also unable to access the email as the password is not being recognised?? HELP

Please check your information and try again."Now, I'm not sure what my Mailbox name is.I was told to log in on my computer's browser to my work email via Outlook Web Access and put the cursor over the inbox to read the name on the bottom of the screen.This is all it reads: "https://webmail.(companyname).com/owa/#. What do I use for the mailbox name?
I have been having trouble accessing my personal email settings once I log in to Existing Users and enter my user name and password I get a message saying " Blank user name. Type a valid user name"?
I have just bought a 9790 and can not set up email. It only asks for enterprise account information but I don't know what that means. On my work blackberry I was able to easily set up both my personal AOL and hotmail accounts but I am not being given the option with my new phone. Can anyone help please, I'm getting very frustrated with not being able to find a blackberry technical support service or helpline!
I have created an email address with an @blackberry.com ending, and I cannot access it on my phone, and now there are password issues and my password was emailed to my blackberry email account which of course I cannot access for some reason
I've seen a few post that sort-of answer my question, but none seem exactly right. I have a Bold 9700 and use a BIS to retrieve my personal email from my ISP's POP server. I don't use BES. When I'm at home or at work and have direct access to email, I'd like to turn off my bb email client. How can I do that?
In one post I saw the recommendation Messages > Options > Email Reconciliation > Wireless Reconcile -> set of Off. Is this enough? (I have my BB set up for wi-fi connection when I'm home, in case that makes a difference.)
I have stopped receiving emails from my ymail account on my BB Curve and am unable to access 'email accounts' in Set up. When I click on the icon I get a message saying 'your device had a problem connecting to the server'.
Received a meesage from Blackberry saying my gmail could no longer be delivered. I was instructed to enter setup and re-enter my password.
But clicking on mail within setup brings no setup options ...unlike the other like Blackberry Messenger or instant messaging. Once I have clicked on mail settings I find that I cannot exit setup at all (no problem if I select anything other than mail) and must turn off the deivice to restore capability.
This has probably occurred after an OS upgrade ? ..running 6.0 bundle 2534.. though until the Blackberry message I hadn't noticed a problem.
Is there a fix or is there the abilty to backout the upgrade ?
i have been unable to access my email setup. I click on the icon and most times nothing happens, other times it goes to the next screen but that's it. I also can't access my personal email on the phone. Both my bb email acct and personal are there but only the bb email works. Is there a way to reinstall the email set up software or somewhere I can take the phone to have it done?
I changed my gmail password today on my laptop.Blackberry then sent me an email telling me to go to my email settings under "setup" to set up my new password. However, whenever I try to access the "internet email account" option from the email accounts setup page, I automatically get transferred back to the setup page. When I tried to access "internet email account" a few times in a row, my blackberry froze and I had to restart it.Consequently, I cannot access my email at all since I cant even type in my new password.
I was hacked today and had to change all my e-mail passwords. Now I am unable to access my e-mail accounts on my Blackberry BECAUSE, when I change my password, Blackberry says they will send the new password to my phone - and of course I cannot access the e-mail accounts or the new password there. I need the answer and new passwords to be sent to my e-mail accounts, so they will show up on my computer!
I got a BlackBerry Curve 8520 for Christmas and it won't allow me to set up personal emails, I only have the BlackBerry Enterprise option. I have gone to advanced options and gone to HRT and have sent away for registration as suggested on another page, but I have received no confirmation the message was sent, and I am still unable to access email. My unit is a Blackberry Curve 9300.I recently changed my password on my email accounts using my Mac. The same email accounts that were setup in my BB Curve.Having done this, I received a mail on my BB stating that I cannot receive emails from the accounts I changed my password on until I update the email setitings on my BB.So I go to SETUP, click EMAIL ACCOUNTS and I was asked, "Are you ready for your device updates?". I click YES and I was brought to a browser with a link "DOWNLOAD MAIL SETUP" which I clicked. And then the phone hangs.I restarted but now I cannot seem to access the "EMAIL ACCOUNTS" link on the setup folder so I can update my password. When I click, nothing happens.
for the past week i was unable to access my email services. I have done a handheld wipe as well on my phone also after that which result that my email icon etc is not showing anymore. When i run a diagnostic test everythingis fine except for the PIN-PIN. Blackberry registratio:Yes Connected to Blackberry: Yes PIN-PIN: No I phoned my service provider and according to them everything is in order on there system. They have tried to resend my email service books but i don't recieve it. Data service etc is working fine and my phone register on the blackberry network. I have been trying to access Yahoo email thru the Browser on the Lumia 800 phone. Every time I access the [URL] website and enter my login name and password and submit, I repeatedly get the same page again and again which asks me to verify my password. There seems to be a software error in the Lumia 800. I have contacted the Nokia helpline which was unhelpful as usual. This time, they informed me that this error IS possible while accessing Yahoo email thru the browser and that no solution is possible. The only suggestion they had was to use the synchronization method to access the Yahoo mailbox - but this solution is not feasible for either accessing the older emails and or for sending file attachments.
i bought this phone from America and on sprint network and brought it down to the UK to use, it was unlocked and can work on new sim but cannot connect to internet from the network except through wifi so if i am on the road it can`t connect to internet except if i am within wifi area so what can i do?
