Bold :: Unable To Re-install Blackberry Protect On It

However, when I uninstalled it, I couldn't find how to re-install it again as the "reinstall" button doesn't appeaar anymore whereas I can easily reinstall other apps that I have uninstalled...
I had Blackberry Protect for some reason I decided to uninstall. How can I re-install. When I go to"app world" it says it has been uninstalled. It is not listed in my downloads either.
I cannot install BlackBerry Protect on my BB Bold 9700.Message comes up saying it cannot be installed on a device using Enterprise Server software.Where can I find this info on my device and can I remove the Enterprise Server software?
I have a new Bold 9930 on Sprint and I actually erased Blackberry Protect. It is not in My World in App World. I looked no App World and cannot find it. Is there anyway to reload, download or restore it again?
I have a Torch 9860, and just completed another backup using BlackBerry Protect.This is not my first backup, FYI.And the strange this is every time I login to protect.blackberry.com, my device is not shown.
I am unable to log into the blackberry protect. Every time I click on blackberry protect, it prompts me to click open blackberry protect. It will ask for my I'd and password. I have tried putting in the password several times but I am unable to login. Initially I thought I had forgotten my password or putting the wrong password .....then I changed my password but I am still unable to login I am not sure of the problem.....
I have exceeded the number of attempts to verify my password for blackberry protect .... n now I'm unable to login to my app world n blackberry protect ... also I am unable to edit my blackberry ID due to the login problem .... I have tried rebooting it yet no changes .... currently my wifi is on .... each time I try to edit my Blackberry ID (under the option>device>blackberry ID) , it says i have exceeded the number of attempts to verify my password , try again in 15 minutes, when the security lock out time ends .... even after 15 minutes it still says im unable u to unlock it ... n the same message appears ... and also under the blackberry protect it shows:Blackberry ID :
I have a new BB Torch 9810 and I'm trying to restore from BB Protect but not all contacts restore - and it seems random which ones don't. I tried a resolution posted about unticking not restoring contacts which are e-mail synchronized but the only option under "Synchronisation Options" on my Torch is "Deleted items". When I look at the back-up data on Protect for the old device (Torch 9800) each synch has 2 Address Book entries with different numbers of items. Could it somehow be restoring only one of these two files?
I didn't see that you can't use BB Protect when using Enterprise Server. I need to uninstall this program as it seems to be blocking my BB from getting emails from the Enterprise Server.
I don't have the option to delete the app when I click on the BB button. I also don't see it listed in Options > Advanced > Service Book to delete it there.
I am trying to install Track&Protecy to my N9. It seams to work and when its finished a message says I have to wait for an SMS to appear after about 3-5 minutes, which confirms the registration. This never occurs!

Passwords in my password keeper are also backed up? When I back up my data with BlackBerry Protect. It says it will back up my contacts, and memo, but nothing about my passwords.
i tried to download the new software for my Blackberry which resulted in my phone crashing and having to re-install everything. When i logged onto Blackberry protect to retrieve my contacts there was only backups from the new installation. Surely this defeats the object of having the protect application?

My wife just lost her BlackBerry 9750 Curve... It had the BB Protect app. I could track his location for a couple of hours and send a display message for return call.... but not answer... so I wiped it.Now, I'm not sure if the device is off, or the wipe procedure has already delete the Protect App...
My BB ID works on the Blackberry website, but I can't use the BB ID on my new Bold 9900 (it says 'unable to log into your Blackberry ID account'). Vodafone suggested I cleaned the memory (options, security, advanced security, memory cleaning), and then tried to delete my old BBID (the one that worked on my old Bold 9700) and set up a new BBID, but that didn't work either. After looking online others have tried security wipes but many say they haven't worked. I just purchased the BB Bold 9900 and switched from my Torch 9800. All seemed good after the Desktop manager data and application switch, then switched to the new PIN on my provider's Blackberry page and everything went smooth.I was able to login to the device Email setup (using Blackberry ID) then also to App World and all worked perfectly.A few hours later, and without any reason, now signing in to Blackberry ID through either the Email setup or App World fails with the error "Unable to login to your Blackberry ID account
I can login with the same BB ID and password on the Blackberry ID website, so the account is not locked out. Also, I am not typing the wrong password on the device, because when I do, I get a different error (the email and password combination is not that of a valid Blackberry iD).So apparently, this is an issue with the actual Blackberry ID authentication module. I read a lot of blogs and forums, and many people said it's due to the cached PIN (since I migrated data from my old Torch). I tried removing App World and re-installing a different version (including the Beta 3.0), still same problem occurs.

my device gave up all functionability on Friday (BB Bold 9900). Its database is restored at BB Protect. Vodafone needs 3 days, to send me a new device. The last backup at BB Protect is dated with 08/01/12 I would like to save the whole backup on my iMac in my office which works with MAC OS X 10.7.4What can I do to save these Informations from BB Protect on my Mac and am I able to work with them?
