BB Bold :: Unable To Access Protect And 'world' In App World?

My BB ID works on the Blackberry website, but I can't use the BB ID on my new Bold 9900 (it says 'unable to log into your Blackberry ID account'). Vodafone suggested I cleaned the memory (options, security, advanced security, memory cleaning), and then tried to delete my old BBID (the one that worked on my old Bold 9700) and set up a new BBID, but that didn't work either. After looking online others have tried security wipes but many say they haven't worked. I'm unable to access Blackberry protect and 'my world' in Blackberry App World, or do anything that involves using my BB ID on my phone
Unable to access app world, icon is missing and didn't delete it. Try to reinstall and an error occurs. uncaught excepton:java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError am unable to upgrade any apps
when i go to log into app world i get an error message saying blackberry app world is having trouble connecting to blackberry app world server. verify your network connections and try again. phone is working as can make calls and txts just cant log into app world.
I continue to be unable to access App World on my ATT 9700. I get the TCP receive time out message or simply the loading bar. Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
I have tried several times to access to bb ap world and everytime appear a message "an error occurred,please try later".it has appeared three weeks ago.i have even created a new id and changing the password but nothing seems to work.i have a plan data in spain.
When I go to the Login Screen @ My World in Apps I cant enter my Blackberry ID, I noticed the small padalock on the top right of the screen is now locked, its been like this for 4 days now.
I changed both my email and password, but neither my new details or old detais work, everything was done by cut and past so I have made no errors,Im totrally locked out opf this area in Blackberry.
I don't know why I can't access app world with my bb9930, it was so disappointing anyone knows how to solve my problem? I'm using globe line and also there's a different number appearing in " MY NUMBER" which is not my number. Its so weird
my device can't generate my bb I'd,I just recently connected it with my email and they sent me a message say I should click on a link to generate my I'd when I did it tld me dat d page had expired and immediately it changed sayin javasript is not enabled that I should enable javascript which I tried dion buh it dint work and I haven't been able to access my app world.
I can't acess my application world anymore, it keeping said : There is an issue with the current session. log in to continue. (Error Id : 30702) But there's no problem with my bb id
I have checked my device application Management and I have Blackberry App World installed on my Phone, however, I can't find it anywhere on my phone to access it. I have searched for it and noting comes up.
I've had my 9700 for about 7 months now and have no idea how to access the App World to see apps I don't see an icon on my BB to do so. Is this something that I have to download?
I have a Bold 9700 and on its last update of Blackberry App World and re-boot I now have this error that says, Uncaught exeception:java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError. I now cannot access the App world for updates or apps.
upgraded bb app world ver 4.0.0.63 today and now not able to see the app icon. it's not hidden nor is lying in any of the folders as i have checked the same. the application is visible in the options->device->application management.
Am using curve 8520, I can't find black app world and I try to download it, I was told my system does not meet the minimum requirement and also I try login in with my form I'd getting to the app world to download my applications back I was told unknown device.I need the blackberry app world back on my phone?
I upgraded my BB in December and since then I've not been able to download anything from the app world, it keeps telling me 'unable to log in'.I've been in contact with Orange since then and have been told that they can no longer help with solving this issue, I'm starting to lose my patience with the whole thing now as I can't even get hold of an contact email address to try and solve my issue. When I sign in blackberry app world or when I go to options, device and then bb id it doesn't even sign in there, before 2 weeks I was able to sign in, but now it says Unable to log in to your BlackBerry ID account. du is my carrier and previously I owned a blackberry 9700 and I transferred my data into my bb 9900 but at that time I was able to sign in into my account but now I cant. I cannot download any app I have to download it by a computer and that takes a lot of time. What Should I do?
bought my bold 9780 yesterday and now i want to add some applications but i am receving an error at BlackBerry App World setup step 2 it says "App World Web Plugin ErrorAn error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. restart your device and try again. As per the recent update to my device bold 9900 to 7.1 bundle 1149, but I had a problem in my bb app world which opens normally but do not shows any software icon images at all. I believe that it has been stopped behind some firewall, as when I try to open it from wireless network I can open it smoothly but only when I try to open it from my blackberry service it cud'nt open.I had no prb with my previous version when it was working on my phn smoothly but only it was a latset update I updated and it had this problem.

Thankfully I was able to find most of the apps I downloaded in the download folder, but one of them reset and I don't have the activation code or the record that I bought that particular app since my world has no record of it.
Blackberry sent me a message that an upgrade was available for one of my game applications "Shoppers Paradise". When I click on the link to download the upgrade, it gives me an error message that the upgrade is not available through App World.Is there anyone else having this issue? Is Blackberry working on this issue?

This is the first time i post a message, being just registered. I'm sorry for posting a question perhaps already posted, but I didn't find a working answer.Even if the app world application is installed, it appears impossible to find the related icon, both on the application, download or application center. But if, from the list of application, i ask to change application, the icon appears in the list.
When I'm tring to run my BB App World it brings a prompt which says "BBID update needed. Do you want to instal now?" Then I click yes. Result: "BBID installation failed. Try again later."I have already created a BBID but still I can't access it.

I have a Blackberry Curve 8520 and am with Virgin Media and everything was working perfectly until yesterday when I was asked to download the latest version of the Blackberry App World. This I did and then rebooted my phone as directed. I then went to the Blackberry App World icon, on my phone, to download an App, but the icon had disappeared. I looked in the Downloads file and everywhere else on the phone but it was nowhere.I checked the Applications file in Advanced Options and Blackberry App World version 2.1215 was there.I checked the Service Book and Blackberry App World was there and active. I tried redownloading but got the message that the App World was already installed. I reinstalled but still no difference. I went to the App World via the Blackberry Browser, on my phone, and tried to download an App but got the message 'item you selected cannot be displayed do you wish to save' I selected no and got the message 'unsupported med type: application x-bb-appworld'. I have now tried various combinations of downloading, deleting in Applications, rebooting but nothing works. I have access to all my Apps and all are working.
