when i go to log into app world i get an error message saying blackberry app world is having trouble connecting to blackberry app world server. verify your network connections and try again. phone is working as can make calls and txts just cant log into app world.

I am a first time blacberry user and i thought everything was going great, u know it takes a few days to access all the new gadget's on your phone. Well i have had my phone for months and not one time have i been able to access my app world from my phone i continually receive and error message after i input my log in information in. It is a complete waste of my monthly charges not being able to have full access to my phone.

My BB ID works on the Blackberry website, but I can't use the BB ID on my new Bold 9900 (it says 'unable to log into your Blackberry ID account'). Vodafone suggested I cleaned the memory (options, security, advanced security, memory cleaning), and then tried to delete my old BBID (the one that worked on my old Bold 9700) and set up a new BBID, but that didn't work either. After looking online others have tried security wipes but many say they haven't worked. I'm unable to access Blackberry protect and 'my world' in Blackberry App World, or do anything that involves using my BB ID on my phone

I have tried several times to access to bb ap world and everytime appear a message "an error occurred,please try later".it has appeared three weeks ago.i have even created a new id and changing the password but nothing seems to work.i have a plan data in spain.

Just before Christmas I download the newest version of BB app world. Version 3.1.056. As soon as it was done I wanted to check it out.I started the app, went through some of the required entries and then got to the legal page where you need to agree or disagree. Well of course I agreed.The paged said please wait (Hour glass) and voila I'm back at the agreement page. Humm, okay let's agree again, and again, and again, and again. Well it appears my clicking of agree doesn't register as an "AGREE" so I think the update didn't work right.
Delete the app and download it again, and again and again, and still unable to get pass the legal agreement page. Okay lets email BlackBerry support for help. weeks later I have no reply.
Currently I have no App world loaded on my phone and I'm looking for an older version to download for now so I can download apps.

My App World has disappeared. I keep downloading it on my bb, but it doesn't seem to run or show up. What am I doing wrong? Also, the folder that kept all my downloads, the one with the orange arrow pointing in, has also disappeared. I can't get to new applications and can't find all this good stuff, except what I stored on my home page.

When I click on any email icon and the Text icon nothing happens. Whereas in the past (like even early this afternoon) I would be able to see emails or texts - or if no email or texts it would say 'No messages' - I cannot open either emails or text and therefore cannot create, read, or anything else. The scroll button is inop after clicking on email or text and I must it the exit button to regain control of the scroll button.

When I go to the Login Screen @ My World in Apps I cant enter my Blackberry ID, I noticed the small padalock on the top right of the screen is now locked, its been like this for 4 days now.
I changed both my email and password, but neither my new details or old detais work, everything was done by cut and past so I have made no errors,Im totrally locked out opf this area in Blackberry.

I have a Blackberry curve 8520. I can not access my Blackberry App world! The message "upgrade blackberry ID" comes up and I click yes it does not download and then the message blackberry instaliation failed (80003) Please could someone tell me what to do! I have a Blackberry Curve 8520 and am with Virgin Media and everything was working perfectly until yesterday when I was asked to download the latest version of the Blackberry App World. This I did and then rebooted my phone as directed. I then went to the Blackberry App World icon, on my phone, to download an App, but the icon had disappeared. I looked in the Downloads file and everywhere else on the phone but it was nowhere.I checked the Applications file in Advanced Options and Blackberry App World version 2.1215 was there.I checked the Service Book and Blackberry App World was there and active. I tried redownloading but got the message that the App World was already installed. I reinstalled but still no difference. I went to the App World via the Blackberry Browser, on my phone, and tried to download an App but got the message 'item you selected cannot be displayed do you wish to save' I selected no and got the message 'unsupported med type: application x-bb-appworld'. I have now tried various combinations of downloading, deleting in Applications, rebooting but nothing works. I have access to all my Apps and all are working.

I have two blackberry curves (9300 and 8520) and a Blackberry Bold 9780, at present the 8520 and 9780 will access Blackberry App world via WiFi connection but the 9300 will not. They all have up to date software on board.

just noticed something. Whenever i'm on wifi and i go into app world, it says "there is an issue with app world. app world will now close."
But when i off the wifi and back on data, its running ok. I then pause my download, head back to home screen, on the wifi and continue download.

I am trying to access App World with my playbook. I do not have wifii but have successfully connected to the internet using the blackberry bridge and tethering feature.
My smart phone - the bold 9000 - is tethered to the playbook; I can access app world from my phone; My phone is on a 3G network.
The message I get is that I am not connected via Wifii and cannot access app world. But, if I can access the internet, why can't I access app world?

I have been and forth with tech support at Rogers at least 8 times over the past 4 days trying to get my BB Torch's data services to function properly.The sim is in...shows 3G (but no dots) and I have the device registered on my BIS account. I can call and text but I can't PIN nor can I setup email accounts etc. NOTE: my BB Torch has never worked yet with my SIM...They have tried everything but now say it has been escalated to their higher up support engineers and that it will take 3-5 business days to get back to me.
