I now go to the my world section of appworld and it says no downloads. I am very unhappy about that. Thankfully I was able to find most of the apps I downloaded in the download folder, but one of them reset and I don't have the activation code or the record that I bought that particular app since my world has no record of it.

I know the application is on my phone, when I go to "options" and then "Applications" I see it listed. Just can't find the icon to open it. Usually I can find stuff in the Download folder. View 2 Replies View RelatedMy BB ID works on the Blackberry website, but I can't use the BB ID on my new Bold 9900 (it says 'unable to log into your Blackberry ID account'). Vodafone suggested I cleaned the memory (options, security, advanced security, memory cleaning), and then tried to delete my old BBID (the one that worked on my old Bold 9700) and set up a new BBID, but that didn't work either. After looking online others have tried security wipes but many say they haven't worked. I'm unable to access Blackberry protect and 'my world' in Blackberry App World, or do anything that involves using my BB ID on my phone

A while back I updated my phone. So I backed up and restored my applications so I didn't lose the few I paid for. The other day I got a notification for an update for one of the applications I downloaded after the update. That got me thinking - since none of my other apps are in the "My World" section of the App World, I haven't been - and won't be - getting any updates for those applications. Is there any way I can add those applications to "My World" so I can get notifications for updates and stuff?

I recently did an update on apps and I restarted my phone (like they usually prompt to do) which was yesterday or day before. However only today I realized that I cannot find BBM or App World. I have done almost everything I can. Click the Show All option, did a battery pull, shut off the phone and started it back. searched the phone for it, clicked switch application to see if it was open there. "Uncaught exception: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError" And I get the same error every time I try to run App World. When I log into App World on my BB, it says that I have no programs under any of the areas (i.e. Installed, Uninstalled or Upgrades). I have downloaded all of the Free 'thank you' programs but none are there. I have done a battery pull 3 times, no luck though and even logged back into BB App World, but still no programs. Tried to install a program I did once have (15 mins ago) and it allowed me to, no error like it was already installed.
