i can create and send exchange emails, i can receive emails. however if i reply to an email it never sends. i have removed my account and readded same issue. i can send from my android 2.2 mobile.

When I open an email, click reply, the device opens a reply email (like it's supposed to), but then the screen flashes, and reverts back to the original email, and also puts a blank draft email in the draft folder. This is happening with my Activesynch account. My Gmail account works fine.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI just realized that as of April 19, I have not been able to send anything on my Outlook Exchange email accoutn. It's receiving just fine, but my Outbox is full of unsent mail! I remember a problem we had in the past with not being able to reply to messsages, but these are both replies and new messages. My settings are all exactly the same as my DroidX phone, which sends just fine. I have a command at the top of my Outbox that says "Send All Messages," but it doesn't do anything.I've rebooted a couple of times, with no change.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a Xoom WiFi, updated to Jellybean. I use the built-in calendar app from Google. I have my Exchange account added, and email comes through fine. In the calendar, only SOME of my appointments show up. I figured out that it is certain categories that don't make it through... Personal, Networking, etc don't work but Business, Vacation, Firm Event, etc do. It's quite strange.

Unfortunalety it does not sync calendar and contacts automatically. It only syncs when I reboot the tablet, or when I turn off and on syncing manually in the settings.My provider uses an Open-Xchange server. My Android mobile phone syncs perferctly well with it.
I've searched here and not seen anyone else with the same problem, but Google is full of them.
Basically, if I create a new message it will send from my WiFi only Xoom via my Exchange account. However, if I reply to a message it just sits in the Outbox forever.
POP3 is fine.
It was fine before I upgraded to 3.1, and my HTC Desire running 2.2 works fine too.
I have had problems with emails in my Microsoft Exchange account not displaying (completely blank body), not showing correct HTML content, and in some cases not showing the sender address. Now I don't know if it is inappropriate to say so on this forum, but I rooted the phone in order to uninstall the Moto email client, and install the stock ICS email client. Once I did that, none of my emails are blank, most HTML content shows correctly, and other quirky issues seem to have improved. But, the stock email client also does not have a search feature (big problem), you cannot swipe in the message list, and it's application icon does not show a badge for the number of unread emails. So it is a bit of a sacrifice to have to revert to the stock client just to be able to read my email. I have also tried TouchDown email and it displays all the Exchange emails fantastically, but it's look and feel is a bit crummy and it costs $20.

View 5 Replies View RelatedAs the title says, I have a Droid Turbo that will not send emails with a few photos coming to about 15 MB. Same thing happens with our Razr M and Droid Minis, but my iPhone 6 doesn't seem to have an issue. Thought I could do something similar as the iPhone and choose what size I want the photos to be when I send (to at least make the email smaller), but I can't seem to find anything like that either. We are running Exchange 2010 and do not have any email size requirements set for incoming/outgoing mail or for the ActiveSync policy. They just sit in the Outbox until I delete them.

All of the smartphones were configured and activated without issue and are working fine... except 1. This one particular phone cannot reply to messages (Gets the red "X"). It can however compose a new email and send without issue.I've tried deleting the Desktop CMIME service book and resending, to no avail Full wipe and reactivation, to no avail I used the sendastool to reconfigure send as permissions for this user and repeated the steps above, to no avail.I'm just puzzled at this point as to why this one phone cannot send reply emails (again, sending new is no issue!) View 1 Replies View RelatedI am looking for some help with one of our customer's phones. They have a Blackberry 8900 on T-Mobile and are unable to reply to certain emails. Recently, their email accounts were reset, due to a configuration error on T-Mobile's end. When we set her email accounts back up, her old emails are stored on the device in the messages folder but she is unable to reply to anything prior to the accounts getting messed up. New emails sent to her device are not a problem, those reply just fine and she is able to forward the old messages, just not reply to them.
She is running the latest device software for the 8900, I believe 4.5, we have resent service books and spoken in depth with T-Mobile's technical care department. No one seems to know how we can get this corrected so she can reply to her old emails.
When I originate an email from any of my email accounts from my Blackberry my signature shows up just fine, automatically. However, when I reply to a message that was sent to my Blackberry, often times my signature doesn't show up.

The settings are OK as they worked previously, in fact only minutes earlier on the Desire S.When satisfied it all worked OK I took the Vodafone SIM out of the Desire S and put it in the Desire to see if the email issue still existed. It did. I put the SIM back in the Desire S and the problem has replicated itself. Now all I can do is receiveI am reluctant to put the SIM in my unlocked Samsung Galaxy S2 in case the problem occurs again.

I can now receive email, but I cannot send / reply to emails. The only option I get is to "Save Draft".
I upgraded to the 6.0 OS software this morning. I am not sure what happened but I am receiving emails and unable to reply to them. I have gone to the settings tab and tried to add my email and the phone either freezes or goes back to the main setting page. I have tried wiping the phone, doing hard resets and nothing is working.
