We moved 6 users from a exchange 2003 enviroment to a 2010 enviroment and now they cant reply or forward on their blackberrys. Can recieve and send new messages.3 are Sprint, 3 are Nextel They all use OWA on their configuration and there is no BES in the equation.2 users still on the old exchange.....no issues at all.5 other branch locations made the same move onto the same 2010 server and they had no issues.......this is doesnt make sense at all.Could there be a cached issue with the blackberry units for the email address?
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have a brand new, unlocked Blackberry Bold 9780 (originally a Roger's phone, now using with Fido). I was able to setup my emails to the device and can also receive emails. However, I am unable to open, reply or forward the emails. I can only get rid of the message indicator by marking the email open or deleting the message. I have done numerous hard restarts (i.e. battery pulls) and this does not correct the problem. I am using OS 6.0 Bundle 1879 which I just updated to today using desktop manager. I've scoured the web for answers and can't find one.

If I'm on my PC and I compose a message to the same email address I'm writing from, which is connected with my BIS, the email doesn't appear on my BB ever.In Gmail, I have forwarding disabled but POP enabled.

My curve won't let me write emails...I can receive them, but if I try to answer to an email I can choose the option 'answer' but then I don't have any 'send' button... if I try to send a new message, well I can write it and send it, but then it comes back with a red cross...<I was never able to send a mail.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI just got a new blackberry bold 9900. When I try to reply to emails the device only gives me the option to save the email and I cannot send the email. If I compose a new email I am able to send it normally. Why is the device not giving me the option to send replies? This is a problem because most of my email traffic is replying to messages.
View 1 Replies View RelatedCan somebody tell me why I cannot respond to emails? I can receive email but when I try to reply to it, it won't send - saying there is a settings issue. I have verified the settings and they are correct.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI cannot send emails as the "send" option is no longer visible, either when I have composed a new email, nor when I try and forward and email. Also, in both these two instances, when you enter a letter(s) in the "To" field, it does not connect with my "Contact" list
View 1 Replies View RelatedUntil around three weeks ago I can no longer forward emails from my phone. I have checked settings but still puzzled.
View 9 Replies View RelatedWe recently moved a client of ours back in-house with an exchange server. There are about 5 users that use BlackBerry smartphones. All of the smartphones were configured and activated without issue and are working fine... except 1. This one particular phone cannot reply to messages (Gets the red "X"). It can however compose a new email and send without issue.I've tried deleting the Desktop CMIME service book and resending, to no avail Full wipe and reactivation, to no avail I used the sendastool to reconfigure send as permissions for this user and repeated the steps above, to no avail.I'm just puzzled at this point as to why this one phone cannot send reply emails (again, sending new is no issue!) Granted, i'm not on location and am not seeing exactly what the user is doing, but he has been using his blackberry for years and knows how to send email/reply, etc.

View 3 Replies View RelatedCan I edit my forward emails before sending them out?
I have diffulties trying to do that and it is strange because I understand from users who are using BOLD they can edit their emails before it was forwarded.
when I forward an email that contains photos with captions, the photos arrive as a list, not included within the text. How can I send it as the original. I am using K9 email. I have also tried sending it as a text message, and in some cases only the text arrives, and no photos at all.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI've got a Bold 9780 and I am able to send and receive emails but when I try to reply to an email I can type new text in the reply but don't get a send button on the screen. I get; change application, save draft and full menu buttons. I'm not using enterprise - just regular. I took my phone to 2 Rogers location last night and they hadn't seen this issue before. I have up to date software on my phone and desktop?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI am looking for some help with one of our customer's phones. They have a Blackberry 8900 on T-Mobile and are unable to reply to certain emails. Recently, their email accounts were reset, due to a configuration error on T-Mobile's end. When we set her email accounts back up, her old emails are stored on the device in the messages folder but she is unable to reply to anything prior to the accounts getting messed up. New emails sent to her device are not a problem, those reply just fine and she is able to forward the old messages, just not reply to them.
She is running the latest device software for the 8900, I believe 4.5, we have resent service books and spoken in depth with T-Mobile's technical care department. No one seems to know how we can get this corrected so she can reply to her old emails.
When I originate an email from any of my email accounts from my Blackberry my signature shows up just fine, automatically. However, when I reply to a message that was sent to my Blackberry, often times my signature doesn't show up.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI just got the new bold 9700 and added my email account on it. For some reason my emails are going to my messages folder and not my deputy99@telus.net folder. I wouldn't mind this but I can't reply to any emails when they go to the messages folder for some reason.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI can receive emails on my unlocked HTC Desire S and can on my original unlocked HTC Desire but cannot reply or send fresh email on either. The settings are OK as they worked previously, in fact only minutes earlier on the Desire S.When satisfied it all worked OK I took the Vodafone SIM out of the Desire S and put it in the Desire to see if the email issue still existed. It did. I put the SIM back in the Desire S and the problem has replicated itself. Now all I can do is receiveI am reluctant to put the SIM in my unlocked Samsung Galaxy S2 in case the problem occurs again.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI used to be able to forward emails and any memo notes from BB to some else's email but recently this function has stopped and even if I manually insert the email address it does not show "send" in menu section. If I wanted to forward an email and I put the first letter of the person's email I want to send it to, it would come up and I could just send , but now that all seems to have gone.
View 1 Replies View Relatedmy Blackberry Curve 8530 CANNOT compose new emails: it can reply to emails that people have sent me, it can compose emails to people whose emails I already have saved, yet if I try to "Compose Email" and enter a new address, it can only "Save Draft." Not only that, I can't email or MMS any of my photos either-- either TO a new email, or a preexisting contact/email--the only way to get them off of my phone is if I "send to Facebook," or copy them to my computer using a micro-USB cord.A battery pull has NOT worked. I've also already come across people posting on other sites about the same problem (and there seems to be a similar issue with the 8520). I've come across other websites suggesting that the problem may be to an issue with the OS (I'm currently on v5.0.0.654 Bundle 1108, Platform 4.2.0.298; I certainly haven't downloaded/installed any new Apps since this happened), and that downgrading/changing to a different OS may be necessary to fix/troubleshoot the issue, I just don't recall which website that was, nor do I know how to change the OS on my own (if I remember correctly, it just updates itself automatically, which probably would explain why this seemed to happen out of the blue).
View 7 Replies View RelatedIs there a way to set my BB 9000 to delete the original text on emails automatically? It's really a hassle to go through the menu to delete the original text every single time...
View 8 Replies View RelatedI recently received a replacement Bold 9700. I have restored my previous phone's info that was backed up before.
I can now receive email, but I cannot send / reply to emails. The only option I get is to "Save Draft".
I upgraded to the 6.0 OS software this morning. I am not sure what happened but I am receiving emails and unable to reply to them. I have gone to the settings tab and tried to add my email and the phone either freezes or goes back to the main setting page. I have tried wiping the phone, doing hard resets and nothing is working.
View 1 Replies View RelatedSince a few weeks I'm not able to reply on incoming emails. If I select reply, I can write my text but then there is no sent option in the menu. Just save concept. I've read somewhere on the internet that removing the cmime service book entry and after a minute replace it by via the menu. But this did not fix this problem. I have two accounts. One t-mobile and one gmail.
