I have tried everything but it just doesn't work.After I sign in it takes me right to my account information but then I can't get past that screen..its like an infinite loop.
View 9 RepliesI forgot my password on my phone yesterday, so today, after reading many articles and trying to find out how to get around it, I decided to reset my Samsung s5 to factory settings. In the middle of the setting up process, I was redirected to a separate page asking me to log in to the previous account I had before I abnormally reset the phone. Since I never made one, I am now stuck on that screen. Is there a way for me to bypass it or reset my phone so that I do not have to go through the Samsung account log in?
View 24 Replies View RelatedI've recently purchased a used 9900 and have gotten stumped on the following problem. The previous owner's emails are still coming into the general messages inbox.
Since I've gotten the device, I've done a full security wipe (multiple times), upgraded the OS to 7.1.0.402 (1333) and have gone through the service books without any success.
I've contacted the seller, who has in turn contacted Rogers Wireless to remove BIS service from his account (he switched to iphone) however, the messages from 2 of his internet based email accounts (Gmail & Yahoo) continue to be pushed to the 9900.
I've wiped the device (on-baord and via pc), I've re-entered by BBID, I've even attempted to access Rogers BIS activation page however, when I request the password to be resent, it send a blank field in the email.
The Facebook, and Xperia with Facebook, account information keeps disappearing on my Z2 (in Settings -> Accounts)When I then recreate the account, it works for a couple of days, or hours, and then all of a sudden the accounts are gone again.The result is: no FB notifications, no FB calender sync and I have to sign in again when I open the main FB app.

I have since deleted Gmail from my BB and no longer receive my Gmail emails on there. Great. However, my Gmail account is still listed in the calendar and contacts function. I would like to delete those and can not figure out how to do it in my settings.

I follow these step to set up my e-mail accountÂ
-setting Mail, Contacts, Calendars
-add new mail account-selected Outlook.com-entered my outlook.com address (hotmail) and my password.-after that I recieved error "Unable to verify account information"Â But when I follow these step I can get e-mail on iPhone 5S Â

I set up my Droid with my original gmail account, I'll call it gmail1. For various reasons I want to have 2 additional gmail accounts so I played around, created them in gmail, I'll call them gmail2 and 3. Cause I wasn't sure what I was doing I ended up with contact lists for each with slightly different info and they all got merged into my contact list on my Droid.So the net is I have a person with 2 addressess, another with 3 birthdays (all the same day, but merged from the 3 accounts. would like my Droid to only sync contacts with gmail1, but the contact list already contains the extra data. Is there a way to eliminate that extra data? I removed the contacts from gmail1 and 3 and synced them to the Droid, but all their stuff still exists in my Droid contact list.

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy BB ID works on the Blackberry website, but I can't use the BB ID on my new Bold 9900 (it says 'unable to log into your Blackberry ID account'). Vodafone suggested I cleaned the memory (options, security, advanced security, memory cleaning), and then tried to delete my old BBID (the one that worked on my old Bold 9700) and set up a new BBID, but that didn't work either. After looking online others have tried security wipes but many say they haven't worked. A while back I updated my phone. So I backed up and restored my applications so I didn't lose the few I paid for. The other day I got a notification for an update for one of the applications I downloaded after the update. That got me thinking - since none of my other apps are in the "My World" section of the App World, I haven't been - and won't be - getting any updates for those applications. Is there any way I can add those applications to "My World" so I can get notifications for updates and stuff?

I changed my pin about four months back for my s5 and now I cant remember the one I used to always use. I have the pin I'm currently using on my s5 so I'm not locked out of my new phone. I have a galaxy s6 Sm-g920X (live demo unit). It auto updated to version 5.1.1 and since that time it isn't charging past 70%!
Furthermore, if I turn it off and plug it in, it will turn on automatically! I can't make it stay off when plugged in.
Side question: How can I disable annoying low battery power notification when it reaches 15%?
