BB Curve :: Delete Email Account But Once Set Up A New Account The Old Contacts Appear?
Apr 26, 2012just deleted an old email account and set up a new one on device. however all the old contacts remain. how do i get rid of them. they only go if i delete email account but once i set up a new account the old contacts appear. theres too many i want to delete them.

Mar 23, 2011When I log in on a different phone, it asks if I would like that device to be the new device to download apps on. Would it be baad to do click "yes" and if I did click "yes" would I be able to switch to a different account but keep whatever i downloaded onto my device?
Sounds a bit confusing.But here's the thing, I want to purschase the app BeBuzz and so does my sister. We don't want to purchase the same app twice. I know its only $6 but I'd still like to save as much money as I can. Anyways, if I purchase it on my device and then sign in as myself on HER device and "reinstall" it onto her device, would it delete after I switch accounts?I hope somebody understands what I am asking. If necessary, I'll try to reword it with more clarity.

Sep 13, 2011I've bought a Blackberry Curve 9300 a few weeks ago and I've added 3 e-mail accounts to it the same day to see how it works, it worked fine on the first day but on the next one it stopped working. Only then I created a BIS account - which TIM is my carrier -. Now the problem is: I can't delete these 3 accounts I've added earlier. I've tried to add them again trying to make it work properly, but I am unable to re-add them. On my BIS carrier website, It says that I've reached the maximum e-mail accounts.
How can I delete these e-mail accounts? I've tried the methods found on the web, like the one to "reconciliate"(?) the e-mail account option through wifi (on the phone). PS: My Blackberry is running a 6.0 bundle 2391 OS.

May 4, 2011I have one query which is, how do you delete emails from your online account (GMail, Hotmail, Yahoo etc.. and automativally removes this from your BB. I have no issues in deleting from BB and automatically being removed from the email accounts.

Aug 3, 2012I want to delete my Gmail account from BIS. So I went into the email preferences and deleted the account. I then noticed that the mail folder icon for my Gmail account was still showing up, so I went in and deleted the Gmail service books. That seems to have removed the account. I now went back to using the Gmail app (the one provided by Google), but what I'm noticing is that it no longer shows the yellow star on the Gmail logo when I have new mail. It works fine on my wife's BB (she has the same model as me). The app does retrieve the new message, but it seems as if it is not recognizing it as a new message. Did I properly remove the Gmail account from BIS?
