I've just upgraded my BB App World and suddenly i can no longer login to My Account. It says my email address was not activated or not registered when i tried retrieving my password. When i check my previous purchase, i can see that the email i have used is the same.
Is there any way i can retrieve my ID and password?

I have a bold 9900 running latest supported so. I upgraded my app world and installed the wunderlist app on my bold 9900. My friend did it for me. He may have logged into his account in an app or something but now my bb I'd has changed to his. I have read all kinds of posts about the bb Id, and all of them say it is not possible to change it once it has been set unless a device wipe has been done on the device. My device was using my bb id and now it is using my friends. NO DEVICE WIPE WAS DONE ON MY BB by anyone. how was the bb I'd changed then?
Blackberry sent me a message that an upgrade was available for one of my game applications "Shoppers Paradise". When I click on the link to download the upgrade, it gives me an error message that the upgrade is not available through App World.Is there anyone else having this issue? Is Blackberry working on this issue?
My BB ID works on the Blackberry website, but I can't use the BB ID on my new Bold 9900 (it says 'unable to log into your Blackberry ID account'). Vodafone suggested I cleaned the memory (options, security, advanced security, memory cleaning), and then tried to delete my old BBID (the one that worked on my old Bold 9700) and set up a new BBID, but that didn't work either. After looking online others have tried security wipes but many say they haven't worked. I'm unable to access Blackberry protect and 'my world' in Blackberry App World, or do anything that involves using my BB ID on my phone
I downloaded Desktop Manager version 6 per a prompt from version 5 to update my software. Now everytime I sync my BB, it erases my wallpaper and sets it to the default. Totally irritating!My phone is a 9000 Blackberry Bold, my service provider is AT&T.
I just updated App World to the latest version v4.0.0.55. After rebooting the phone I can no longer launch App World. The icon is there but when I click it nothing happens. I have a Curve 9330. I tried rebooting several times. I guess it doesn't matter much since I'll be moving to Android in a couple weeks, but figured I would share this issue for others.
Anyone else has issues with App World. I am trying to login with my paypal information and it's not letting me, i get an error that tells me to try again later. Anyone else having issues with this after the upgrade? I need to get activation codes for apps i bought through app world but can't get into my account.
When I access App World, it advises me there is an upgrade available. I download and install the upgrade, and then when I have restarted and enter App World and try to access my world, I am asked to enter a password. When I enter my password, I am told the password and account do not match, error id 30601. I am unable to access My World now.
I have a BB Storm 9530 and just upgraded to 5.0 software.Several apps didn't come through.The larger problem is BB App World itself would not install properly. I tried installing it several times. It goes through the download process and in the end I get a message "uncaught exception missing resource net.rim.device.apps.internal.appstore.resource.BlackBerryAppStore" How do I get this resource loaded on?
I installed the upgrade to app world and it disappeared. I rebooted. I re-registered. I uninstalled app world (it shows up I under the applications manager but the icon does not show up as a icon on my blackbery). I eve uninstalled it using the desktop software and re-installed it to no avail.
I received an email with link to upgrade Blackberry App World and went to the App World site to download the new upgrade. I then received conflicting messages saying 1) that the download failed (error 907 wrong COD) and followed by 2) Download successful, hold down the esc key to return to home screen. Now the App World icon has completely disappeared and my previous version of App World has also gone.

When I log in on a different phone, it asks if I would like that device to be the new device to download apps on. Would it be baad to do click "yes" and if I did click "yes" would I be able to switch to a different account but keep whatever i downloaded onto my device?
Sounds a bit confusing.But here's the thing, I want to purschase the app BeBuzz and so does my sister. We don't want to purchase the same app twice. I know its only $6 but I'd still like to save as much money as I can. Anyways, if I purchase it on my device and then sign in as myself on HER device and "reinstall" it onto her device, would it delete after I switch accounts?I hope somebody understands what I am asking. I have a Torch 9800. After upgrading App World and rebooting as requested I am unable to locate the icon. Been through "All" and "Downloads". Tried upgrading OS as suggested but that download kept failing.
I have Bold 9700 and recently upgraded the OS from 5 to 6. I have 256MB storage space in My World of which around 80MB was free before upgrade. Now only 12MB is left without adding any applications. I see that the new OS has stored the OS files on application memory; is there a way to transfer the new OS to the Media card?

Hi. Last night I upgraded a new facebook on my curve 9360 and it gives me my notifications but the news feed will not show. Says unknown error. I've done every thing and I can not get into my bb app world to fix any thing says ' there is an issue with current session. Please log in to continue( error id: 30702). also I try to go to my world to log in and the same message pops up.
In my world, whatsApp Messenger says its installed and an upgrade is available. 24 MB are free it shows.when i hit upgrade from 2.0.1826.424 to 2.1.1955.124, i get an error:'WhatsApp Messenger is not available for download from App World'.

Actually this is my new torch 9860. I've created new blackberry account for It. After upgrading the new version of application world, I was unable to login to my blackberry Id account with the correct password. Even if you sent new app world upgrading with a bug free version, I still can't upgrade coz its required my blackberry id.
I upgraded my whatsapp messenger and then my apps world and since the the icons of both have vanished from my blackberry torch screen. All attempts of retrieving the same have failed. I even reinstalled the apps world and whatsapp messenger but the same result. Have done hard reboot also.

I have activated three email account on my Blackberry 9900 (two outlook accounts and one yahoo account).I have activated one of the Outlook Email account via enterprise activation BES service on my Blackberry 9900.Another Outlook account have been synchronized from my Blackberry desktop manager.Yahoo account is configured with BIS service activation.When I go the Email Account management only the Accounts activated via BES and BIS service from device are visible but not the account synced from desktop.
Are there any known issues with Nokia Messaging on an E71 and the recent Firmware v4 upgrade? I recently upgraded to Firmware v400.21.0013 on my Nokia E71. After the upgrade, I can no longer view my Gmail account via Nokia Messaging the front screen.
My corporate account (Exchange/Activesync server) hasn't synced since the update was installed Saturday, June 30th. It was syncing fine pre-ICS, however, post-ICS nothing. The screenshot reflects the message I receive when attempting to set up the account on the phone.
In troubleshooting, I have tried removing the account (only initially following the upgrade, account will not complete set up since) and adding it again.
Also, all other email accounts (gmail, earthlink, hotmail, yahoo) are connecting fine, only having problems with the Corporate account. Additionally, I need this to work more for the calendar sync than the email, especially since I separate my work/personal calendars via this account, Google, and personal version of Outlook.
I just got Bold 9790, and it works great aside from two things. Firstly, it won't allow me to enter App World. The error message reads: Your system administrator is preventing you from using BlackBerry App World. Contact your system administrator for details, Also, it won't allow me to update the OS from 6.0 to 7.1.

i get up today an go on my phone to find my bb app world has gone and so has my bbm. I have tried downloading it all again but nothing is working, it is driving me mad i just want my bbm back.
