I can't log on App World. It says"Unable to log in to your Blackberry ID account"I switched to the BB9900 from the BB9780:
When first turned on the BB9900 I could log on the App World, but email set up would not work from device. So I set up BB9900 from the web setup page, which worked fine. However, since the set up I cannot log into App World, only from a PC and the web.I just downloaded the latest App World 3.0I have the BB Bundle 7.0 1465,My provider is Sunrise in Switzerland
My BB ID works on the Blackberry website, but I can't use the BB ID on my new Bold 9900 (it says 'unable to log into your Blackberry ID account'). Vodafone suggested I cleaned the memory (options, security, advanced security, memory cleaning), and then tried to delete my old BBID (the one that worked on my old Bold 9700) and set up a new BBID, but that didn't work either. After looking online others have tried security wipes but many say they haven't worked. I'm unable to access Blackberry protect and 'my world' in Blackberry App World, or do anything that involves using my BB ID on my phone
I just got Bold 9790, and it works great aside from two things. Firstly, it won't allow me to enter App World. The error message reads: Your system administrator is preventing you from using BlackBerry App World. Contact your system administrator for details, Also, it won't allow me to update the OS from 6.0 to 7.1.
i get up today an go on my phone to find my bb app world has gone and so has my bbm. I have tried downloading it all again but nothing is working, it is driving me mad i just want my bbm back. I have rebooted my phone 12 times iv tried so many things im now just thinking on getting rid of the phone if i cant get it back.
I am using a new Bold 9700 with 5.0 software. Everytime I try to load the BlackBerry App world, it says I have an unsupported phone. any one know why ? and how I can add Appworld to my 9700 ?
My app world told me an upgrade was available (3.1.0.58) for my bold 9780. I am using software 6.0.0.294. Once I installed app world upgrade and bbm upgrade the icons disappeared. I've tried reinstalling them, battery pull, all the usual tricks.
I have just tried to use my app world and its not responding. I have used it in thye past.I click the icon and nothing happens?I have tried to turn the phone off, nothing happens I have taken battery out and re start it still nothing,I have stopped short of throwing it at the cat.
I have had my BB Bold 9780 for 2 months, my app world logged in fine on the first day then I tried a week or so later to download some app's and it wouldnt let me log in! It will say Authenticating for a few seconds then the message An error has occurred. Pleas try again later. I have since tried basically every day with the same message appearing. I even made a new BB ID thinking it was just mine not working but have just had the same problem! Have deleted and re installed the app world and also done a software update on the full phone but still getting nowhere!
When i connect my bb to wifi network and use the browser it works perfectly but when i use apps such as app world,facebook app,wats up,twitter,google talk,msn messenger.etc won't work but when i restart my mob the apps also works fine till i take the mob far away for any wifi and connect it again and get same problem.
I realized that I was missing Blackberry App World, so I deleted it and restarted my phone. I re-installed and it still doesn't show up. It's in the application folder and I tried pulling the battery. I even tried wiping out all applications.
I have been searching the net for a fix for the annoyance of not being able to access the blackberry app world on the blackberry 9900. I can log in fine, as soon as i pick an app to download i accept the terms and conditions it says please wait....and then it goes back to the screen where i clicked download and i have no new apps.
I've recently experience water damage with my phone and had to claim off insurance. The new phone I was given had a fault and I was told that this is very common with refurbished phones which is what you are given when you claim a new phone with insurance with my network.Today I got my second refurbished phone and am currently trying to set everything up i.e.. The new facebook, bbm, and various other apps I've lived with for a year on my old phone.The problem I'm faced with is that every time I try to download anything via appworld, it comes to a certain point, mostly when trying to log in or sometimes it gets as far as starting to download yet not further than that, the screen freezes and pop up announces that:'blackberry app world is having trouble connecting to the blackberry app world server. Verify your network connections and try again'So..Is this a fault in the phone maybe because it's a refurbished phone and therefore not reliable or truly 'new', or is there anything I could do/try to get some apps!?
I have upgraded my aap world last night, after upgrading I can't find anywhere in my phone. I can see it in application management but can't do anything with it.
BB 9000 i get the message 907 invalid COD HTTP error 406: not acceptable when tryin to load BB app world. it's a BES i've switched off the mobile and tried via wifi same message.
I tried to login into BB appwrold witht he right login andpassword but i get a message sayin that i can't login.I am desperate here. I have changed the password already but still nothing is working and i can't download apps.
When I go to the Login Screen @ My World in Apps I cant enter my Blackberry ID, I noticed the small padalock on the top right of the screen is now locked, its been like this for 4 days now.
I changed both my email and password, but neither my new details or old detais work, everything was done by cut and past so I have made no errors,Im totrally locked out opf this area in Blackberry.
I'm trying to see the screenshots of programs in blackbery app world for my bb bold 9700. I have the latest firmware too, 5.0.0.714. Funny enough though is that no matter what firmware I updated to I was never able to see the screenshots.
Also I'm having problems with the text messaging once in a while where after I've talked via text for a while, I would send a message and it would screw up a little where the screen is out of place.. I would then back out and I can't get back into the message without having to delete the message and start over or pull the battery.
I downloaded 2 apps that I don't want anymore but they still appear in the uninstalled section in my world. I deleted others but this 2 doesnt go away, how to delete it.The one I did to delete the others is I click reinstall, then I pause it and click cancel download.
My app world is not working.it is like stuck when i click on the App world.I am using a BES+BIS account and there is no restriction to open app world on BES.My app world used to work perfectly fine.Once after i wiped date and reconfigured my BES it worked for some time and this issue started.Now also if i am not using BES and try use appworld on a fresh or wiped BB,it works fine.As soon as i configure BES it works for some time and then this issue starts...My BB Team even deleted my BB BES account and created a new one,still this happens.
To add to the issue..i had the issue of battery draining when i activate my BES with 3 different device..when my account was deleted and a new one was created,the battery draining issue was solved(seems like some corrupt database,havenot got any credible reason from anyone)...
In December, I was issued a new Bold 9930 from Verizon because the one I had stopped working within the first 2 weeks of me having it. After being issued the new phone, I have been unable to connect to the app world or anything on the Blackberry networks. It says, "BlackBerry App Wold is having trouble connecting to the BlackBerry App World server. Verify your network connections and try again." I took it in to Verizon and they were not able to do anything to get it to work.
I am trying to set my wife's new BB Bold up to upload FB pics. Her BB will not upload and I think if I download the newest FB app that will solve the problem. However, when I go into App World and try to sign up for a new account it just keeps loading.
I now go to the my world section of appworld and it says no downloads. I am very unhappy about that. Thankfully I was able to find most of the apps I downloaded in the download folder, but one of them reset and I don't have the activation code or the record that I bought that particular app since my world has no record of it.

2. My carrier is Vodafone: Even though RIM says it is available to all carriers
3.My phones uses the LATEST firmware (As of 10.07.2010)
BUT, neither from explorer nor from the device I can not get app world.RIM, please UPDATE your IP database! Or I don't know, whatever.Oh, the error is BTW:Unsupported Device
every time when i try to install app world on my phone its tells me that "my device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support blackberry app world". its becuase app world dosent support israel? there is a way to pass it?
