Nov 23, 2012I have upgraded my aap world last night, after upgrading I can't find anywhere in my phone. I can see it in application management but can't do anything with it.

Oct 18, 2012Am using curve 8520, I can't find black app world and I try to download it, I was told my system does not meet the minimum requirement and also I try login in with my form I'd getting to the app world to download my applications back I was told unknown device.I need the blackberry app world back on my phone?

Nov 25, 2012After upgrading, I cant find the icon of my app world in my main menu. I checked the application management and yet it's still there. I tried upgrading it again, reboot, then it's still not there.I also tried deleting it in the application management, then download it again, reboot, and it still didn't work.I can't upgrade any application in my phone right now.

Aug 20, 2011My BB ID works on the Blackberry website, but I can't use the BB ID on my new Bold 9900 (it says 'unable to log into your Blackberry ID account'). Vodafone suggested I cleaned the memory (options, security, advanced security, memory cleaning), and then tried to delete my old BBID (the one that worked on my old Bold 9700) and set up a new BBID, but that didn't work either. After looking online others have tried security wipes but many say they haven't worked. I'm unable to access Blackberry protect and 'my world' in Blackberry App World, or do anything that involves using my BB ID on my phone

Feb 15, 2011I updated my blackberry ap world after trying to switch devices. I had an old bb pearl and now have a storm 9530. Since trying to make the switch I can't find the icon for bb app world. I've wiped the phone, restored it, battery pulls but it's still not showing. When I go into options and applications it's there. However only today I realized that I cannot find BBM or App World. I have done almost everything I can. Aug 24, 2011I have had my BB Bold 9780 for 2 months, my app world logged in fine on the first day then I tried a week or so later to download some app's and it wouldnt let me log in! It will say Authenticating for a few seconds then the message An error has occurred. Pleas try again later. I have since tried basically every day with the same message appearing. I even made a new BB ID thinking it was just mine not working but have just had the same problem! Have deleted and re installed the app world and also done a software update on the full phone but still getting nowhere!

BB Bold :: Can't Connect To App World
Jul 2, 2012I've recently experience water damage with my phone and had to claim off insurance. The new phone I was given had a fault and I was told that this is very common with refurbished phones which is what you are given when you claim a new phone with insurance with my network.Today I got my second refurbished phone and am currently trying to set everything up i.e.. The new facebook, bbm, and various other apps I've lived with for a year on my old phone.The problem I'm faced with is that every time I try to download anything via appworld, it comes to a certain point, mostly when trying to log in or sometimes it gets as far as starting to download yet not further than that, the screen freezes and pop up announces that:'blackberry app world is having trouble connecting to the blackberry app world server. Verify your network connections and try again'So..Is this a fault in the phone maybe because it's a refurbished phone and therefore not reliable or truly 'new', or is there anything I could do/try to get some apps!?
