ever since then, my app world and bbm has gone. my phone says i no longer have either. i cant down load them again from my phone because i no longer has internet access on m y phone. and when i try to download them from the computer it never downloads onto the pc fully.

I updated my blackberry ap world after trying to switch devices. I had an old bb pearl and now have a storm 9530. Since trying to make the switch I can't find the icon for bb app world. I've wiped the phone, restored it, battery pulls but it's still not showing. When I go into options and applications it's there. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it's still not showing up.

However only today I realized that I cannot find BBM or App World. I have done almost everything I can. Click the Show All option, did a battery pull, shut off the phone and started it back. searched the phone for it, clicked switch application to see if it was open there. I suffer a serious bug with lumia 1020 GDR3. The sms disappear randomly and there is no way to find it back. But the case is very complicated.
Describe as below:
Day 1: i get some sms
Day 2: all the sms from day 1 disappear, i get some new sms
Day 3: all the sms from day 1 just come back but the sms from day 2 disappear.
I check the time setting, it is auto. and there is no way i can find back, the problem happens with all of my contact who sent me sms in 03 day.

However after restore I find that all the BBM contacts, Bookmarks and Auto-text was not restored.I had spent a lot of time in making all the Auto text relevant to me. Doesn't the back-up process back up all these data?

I've tried the option of setting via the Advanced Options > TCP/IP > APN and ticking the APN box and typing "Internet", and my App World still gives me the same error message, I rebooted my phone after the setting and tried to access the app world, still got an error message, i tried it without rebooting and the results are still the same. When I click on the link to download the upgrade, it gives me an error message that the upgrade is not available through App World.Is there anyone else having this issue?
