I have been getting the error message for the past 2 months. I've tried the option of setting via the Advanced Options > TCP/IP > APN and ticking the APN box and typing "Internet", and my App World still gives me the same error message, I rebooted my phone after the setting and tried to access the app world, still got an error message, i tried it without rebooting and the results are still the same. What do I do now?
View 2 RepliesI have BB 9630 tour.After I have installed the recent update of app world , it shows that a blackberry indentity server need to installed. When clik ok to install it , it shows a error 80003 and message upadte of bb indentity server failed. I can't access the app world since then.

I followed the instructions and the game is back, but so is the error 80003. this error is when trying to access BB aps. So i am back where i started. Would taking Word mole off the phone remove the error? Or how do i get rid of the error.

When I attach the USB cable to the BB the system tray does not pop up with a notification that says "found new hardware" like it normally does when you plug a BB in. When the phone boots up it displays error msg " JVM Error 513". I attempted to looking into the device by using "cracmem" and "JL_Cmder" and no data is to be found and thus there is nothing to wipe. I suspect that the device has already been wiped thus the no data. I have pulled the battery from the phone and reinstalled; unplugged the usb cable during the BB boot process and nothing is happening. The DM application loader will not allow me to procede due to computer not recognizing the BB device thus it is not generating the "USB:UNKNOWN".

The app is not showing up in the "My World" as downloaded. But when I go to re-download the "Score Mobile" app, it does not give me the option to download it. The download button does not come up for this app on my phone. I was wondering how to fix this and be able to download the app. I have a BB Curve 9380.

"Uncaught exception: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError" And I get the same error every time I try to run App World. I have tried uninstalling App World and re-installing, Wipe the phone and install before restoring from my back up and I get the same error.So here I am now with an empty phone and no working App World to get my apps back.
