View 1 Repliesi have a bold 9700 running version 6 - At work i have outlook (it is not a stand alone pc, it is on a network with a server) - i have no problem syncing via a cable but i want to be able to sync wirelessly so any changes i make on outlook calendar or contacts automatically appear on my BB bold and vice versa, no wires.

View 3 Replies View RelatedAll of a sudden my calendar is not syncing. I have followed the instructions to resynch it but it will not allow the syncing to take place. Contacts is working and emails etc but not calendar.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI have been tryign for a while to synchronize my oultook accounts with my blackberry bold 9000. It does the contacts and tasks. However, it says "not installed" next to Calender. I have been trying everything I possibly can, but have been unable to rectify this problem.
View 2 Replies View RelatedMy BB ID works on the Blackberry website, but I can't use the BB ID on my new Bold 9900 (it says 'unable to log into your Blackberry ID account'). Vodafone suggested I cleaned the memory (options, security, advanced security, memory cleaning), and then tried to delete my old BBID (the one that worked on my old Bold 9700) and set up a new BBID, but that didn't work either. After looking online others have tried security wipes but many say they haven't worked. I'm unable to access Blackberry protect and 'my world' in Blackberry App World, or do anything that involves using my BB ID on my phone
View 9 Replies View RelatedWhen I setup the phone, it gave me an option to synchronize my contacts with Gmail, which I did. But now, the contacts are not synchronizing. In between I added the Facebook application as well. FB contacts are syncing.Another thing, inside the options for my gmail contact list the Wireless Synchronization option is marked -"Not Available" and cannot be changed.I want to synchronize my contacts on BB with those on Gmail.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm the proud owner of a Bold delivered today, (software V5.0.0.545) running on the Vodafone network in the UK.I've set up my Yahoo email on the BB and under Email Reconciliation have selected "Delete on Mailbox and Handsets." My BB is receiving the Yahoo mails but if I delete an email on the BB it still appears in my Yahoo email inbox.Is there full synchronization between BB and Yahoo mail or have I made an error in the set-up? If Yahoo cannot synchronize will using Googlemail enable me to synchronize emails?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI just recently upgraded the desktop software to the new version 6.0.0.40 and I can't seem to sync my organizer data anymore I've tried resetting my settings and then I tried hitting configure settings and I keep getting an error. The exact error that pops up reads "Unknown error reported".I know the BB is connected because all my media music/pictures/videos are appearing on the desktop software.

The error message reads: Your system administrator is preventing you from using BlackBerry App World. Contact your system administrator for details, Also, it won't allow me to update the OS from 6.0 to 7.1.

When first turned on the BB9900 I could log on the App World, but email set up would not work from device. So I set up BB9900 from the web setup page, which worked fine. i get up today an go on my phone to find my bb app world has gone and so has my bbm. I have tried downloading it all again but nothing is working, it is driving me mad i just want my bbm back. I have rebooted my phone 12 times iv tried so many things im now just thinking on getting rid of the phone if i cant get it back.

View 10 Replies View RelatedMy app world told me an upgrade was available (3.1.0.58) for my bold 9780. I am using software 6.0.0.294. Once I installed app world upgrade and bbm upgrade the icons disappeared. I've tried reinstalling them, battery pull, all the usual tricks.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI have had my BB Bold 9780 for 2 months, my app world logged in fine on the first day then I tried a week or so later to download some app's and it wouldnt let me log in! It will say Authenticating for a few seconds then the message An error has occurred. Pleas try again later. I have since tried basically every day with the same message appearing. I even made a new BB ID thinking it was just mine not working but have just had the same problem! Have deleted and re installed the app world and also done a software update on the full phone but still getting nowhere!

I can log in fine, as soon as i pick an app to download i accept the terms and conditions it says please wait....and then it goes back to the screen where i clicked download and i have no new apps.

BTW I can log on to App world through my PC with the same e mail and password.
I've recently experience water damage with my phone and had to claim off insurance. The new phone I was given had a fault and I was told that this is very common with refurbished phones which is what you are given when you claim a new phone with insurance with my network.Today I got my second refurbished phone and am currently trying to set everything up i.e.. The new facebook, bbm, and various other apps I've lived with for a year on my old phone.The problem I'm faced with is that every time I try to download anything via appworld, it comes to a certain point, mostly when trying to log in or sometimes it gets as far as starting to download yet not further than that, the screen freezes and pop up announces that:'blackberry app world is having trouble connecting to the blackberry app world server. Verify your network connections and try again'So..Is this a fault in the phone maybe because it's a refurbished phone and therefore not reliable or truly 'new', or is there anything I could do/try to get some apps!?

I changed both my email and password, but neither my new details or old detais work, everything was done by cut and past so I have made no errors,Im totrally locked out opf this area in Blackberry.
I'm trying to see the screenshots of programs in blackbery app world for my bb bold 9700. I have the latest firmware too, 5.0.0.714. Funny enough though is that no matter what firmware I updated to I was never able to see the screenshots.
Also I'm having problems with the text messaging once in a while where after I've talked via text for a while, I would send a message and it would screw up a little where the screen is out of place.. I would then back out and I can't get back into the message without having to delete the message and start over or pull the battery.
