I tried to login into BB appwrold witht he right login andpassword but i get a message sayin that i can't login.I am desperate here. I have changed the password already but still nothing is working and i can't download apps.
I have had my BB Bold 9780 for 2 months, my app world logged in fine on the first day then I tried a week or so later to download some app's and it wouldnt let me log in! It will say Authenticating for a few seconds then the message An error has occurred. Pleas try again later. I have since tried basically every day with the same message appearing. I even made a new BB ID thinking it was just mine not working but have just had the same problem! Have deleted and re installed the app world and also done a software update on the full phone but still getting nowhere!
Is there anyone who knows how to solve the problem when you canīt login to the Bold 9900 appworld when it works on the web on the playbook etc. Gets the message "Unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account"
When I sign in blackberry app world or when I go to options, device and then bb id it doesn't even sign in there, before 2 weeks I was able to sign in, but now it says Unable to log in to your BlackBerry ID account. du is my carrier and previously I owned a blackberry 9700 and I transferred my data into my bb 9900 but at that time I was able to sign in into my account but now I cant. I cannot download any app I have to download it by a computer and that takes a lot of time. What Should I do?
I have a new blackberry torch and have used my blackberry app world on this but it has now stopped..... When logging in it says " unable to log in to your blackberry ID account" above this it says Verify blackberry ID I have gone in to options , advance settings, enterprise activation I have entered my details and a few minuets later it says failed...
The problem started when I updated my os 7 on my torch 9810 to the newer version. When I went to update my apps I signed in just fine. A few weeks later I tried to download a new app but the app world would say that their was a problem with the current session and to login to continue but the login screen doesn't come up. I can sign in via my phone browser and everything but it doesn't show me the apps that I have installed or unistalled.
I search online for ways to rectify this problem I even wiped my phone but when I went I updated the os again the same thing happened again. So now I'm just desperate can I fix this problem or do I need to buy a new phone?
I have already an account in Blackberry App World, which I have been using for the past month (my bb curve is 3 months old) but I have encountered an error that stated below:
"There is an issue with the current session. login to continue. (Error Id: 30702) " Then I hit OK button as it is the only choice given.
I go to Options > click Device > Blackberry ID to update or enter my credentials. But it gives me anerror: "Unable to update your Blackberry ID account information". Then I hit OK button as it is the only choice given.
This is the first time I have encountered this. I have also contacted my network provider, but they can't assist me on this issue, and directed me to blackberry support.
v5.0.0.67 I tried to log into Blackberry app world I entered my email address onto Blackberry ID user name I no this is the right email address I have after a few attempts entered my password which is correct one after a little time I get this message "Enter the user name associated with this smart phone". all i can do is press the ok button and that takes me back to Blackberry app world loggin . I no I am putting the correct email and pass word in but still i cannot get on to app world I have tried using the forgot password this confirms my email address then asks me for password recovery question which I cannot remember at all. I do not have many attemps left on my password recovery and now I am stuck and do not no what to do. I am positive that I have entered my correct email and password because when i have entered them it takes me to "Enter the user name associated with this smart phone" it deos not say incorrect details entered .
my curve 8520 cant login to app world..when i open BB app world then try to download some apps, app world ask me to verify BB ID, after input my ID, app world say ""The Username and Password that you provided does not retrieve a valid BlackBerry ID. Please try again"
I just got a new torch 9810. When I try to login in to app world it says "unable to login to your blackberry ID account". I have no problem logging in on my computer - only on my phone. Very frustrated with this as I want to add the apps I had on the old phone to the new one and/or get new ones.

I seem to be unable to set my login ID up for BB app world. I've made numerous attempts to set this up and everytime it returns: "Blackberry App World is having trouble connecting to the Blackberry App World Server. Verify your network connections and try again. (Error Id: 30641)".I've checked my network settings and everything seems to be fine. I am able to access and surf the net including usage of facebook without any hassles.
Hi, i am having trouble reseting my app world login email and password. The previous owners account is still active. i have tried deleting the app world and redownloading but the old account still comes up.
I only wanted to buy one item. So I picked it up and wait in the line. When I got to the cashier she spit in my face and walked away! So I was like.ok, well that was weird. I will try another line.I waited patiently in another line, I noticed a sign that said 'Authenticating' I thought that's cool...soon it will be my turn. I waited some more and finally, results.oh, my face is all wet again, another spit in the face by the cashier. And she walked away.I repeated the wait/get spat on cycle about a dozen times, finally I said I guess I can live without this item, and I left the store.When people try to buy software from App-World, and over a _DOZEN_ times see a message 'BlackBerry App World is having trouble connecting to the BlackBerry App World Server - Verify your network connections and try again' This is like getting spat in the face. My network is FINE!I have seen this message every since the change in app world.How many other people are seeing this same message when trying to login to App World? Every pal of mine on a BB sees the same thing when trying to buy apps from app world.
My blackberry smart phone will not let me log into blackberry app world with my email and password, it is saying 'enter the username associated with the smartphone'.
ive just bought a curve 9800 of my sister, when i try to login to my appworld, it still has my sisters email, and when i try to login with my email and password, it says wrong email and password, even though it is not wrong, i need to wipe her iinfo, a security wipe will wipe all my contacts and stuff?
Actually this is my new torch 9860. I've created new blackberry account for It. After upgrading the new version of application world, I was unable to login to my blackberry Id account with the correct password. Even if you sent new app world upgrading with a bug free version, I still can't upgrade coz its required my blackberry id.
My BB ID works on the Blackberry website, but I can't use the BB ID on my new Bold 9900 (it says 'unable to log into your Blackberry ID account'). Vodafone suggested I cleaned the memory (options, security, advanced security, memory cleaning), and then tried to delete my old BBID (the one that worked on my old Bold 9700) and set up a new BBID, but that didn't work either. After looking online others have tried security wipes but many say they haven't worked. I'm unable to access Blackberry protect and 'my world' in Blackberry App World, or do anything that involves using my BB ID on my phone
I can't log into imessage. When I restart my iphone 3GS it asks me to enter my imessage account password, as far as i know I haven't got one, unless it is the same as my itunes account which I thought it would be. what I can do to get it to work?
