I'm a new user to blackberry, I have created a BBID and when I type login info, it says unable to log in to blackberry ID account. I succeeded in the first time login but after update appworld, fb, and bb messenger, I could not login anymore.

In short I am unable to login to my Blackberry ID account which means that I cannot update any apps and as such some (like What's App) has stopped working.I have done the reset password thing, I have reinstalled app world, I have typed the wrong password on purpose and then it says wrong password, so it is not that either.

All seemed good after the Desktop manager data and application switch, then switched to the new PIN on my provider's Blackberry page and everything went smooth.I was able to login to the device Email setup (using Blackberry ID) then also to App World and all worked perfectly.A few hours later, and without any reason, now signing in to Blackberry ID through either the Email setup or App World fails with the error "Unable to login to your Blackberry ID account
I can login with the same BB ID and password on the Blackberry ID website, so the account is not locked out. Also, I am not typing the wrong password on the device, because when I do, I get a different error (the email and password combination is not that of a valid Blackberry iD).So apparently, this is an issue with the actual Blackberry ID authentication module. I read a lot of blogs and forums, and many people said it's due to the cached PIN (since I migrated data from my old Torch). I tried removing App World and re-installing a different version (including the Beta 3.0), still same problem occurs.
I have changed my password on my laptop, but it still won't allow me to log in on my phone!

It says the username is invalid and must be at least 4 characters, which it is. Also on the username field do i input my screen-name or email address? I have tried both but not working.

I have called Rogers 3 times, tried talking to the guys in a Rogers store and have reset my password online twice. I have a smartphone BB9860 along with my Playbook. I just recently have problems downloading apps from my smartphone because of the message " Unable to login to your BB ID account." I thought it was my ISP but I was able to download apps from my Playbook using the same login details using the smartphone's internet connection. I even tried resetting my password but I notice that the attempt counter is not changing, so therefore I am entering the right password. I even check the date & time setting and it was set to automatic. I also tried a hard reset on my smartphore, but still the message is persistent.

After downloading the Blackberry App World's latest version i am not able to login to the Blackberry ID account, while my username and password is valid as i am able to log in to the website using the same ID and PW.thing is working except the telphone and enterprise email, i am not able to setup my yahoo email or gmail accounts, coz everytime its leading to the verify Blackberry ID screen and when i key in it says " Unable to login to your Blackberry ID account" its not telling wrong password, there must be something i am missing during the setup process.

'Cookies are currently disabled by your browser. Outlook Web Access requires that cookies be enabled.'I can see my inbox, sent items, etc but I can't open any of the mails. The link to those mails doesn't work, neither but direct click, nor by selecting 'Get Link' option in the menu. All other lonks - new message, Calendar, Tasks, log off, etc work except those to open my mails.
I have tried everything to enable cookies and set the browser setttings right. I have even changed the Emulation mode in Internet Browser - Options - Browser Configuration from Openwave (WAP) to Blackberry, but it still does not work.
It says network problem but everything NOT nokia works fine like IE and multiplayer games. when i try to log into nokia music or even nokia account in settings it gives me a network problem. i tried this on wifi and 4g. didnt work but everything else did. i have nokia 810 (tmobile)

I tried it both on phone directly and also login to my nokia messaging account to confirm it but to no avail. The message error that pop up was unable to login try again.
