Aug 25, 2011I have recently bought blackberry 9900 bold. I am trring to getinto my blackberry app world but I am getting this message.
"You are unable to login to Blackberry ID account"

In short I am unable to login to my Blackberry ID account which means that I cannot update any apps and as such some (like What's App) has stopped working.I have done the reset password thing, I have reinstalled app world, I have typed the wrong password on purpose and then it says wrong password, so it is not that either.

I think the account is frozen - I can log into the normal BB account but not into BB beta. What gives?
I am encountering problem when attempting to sign in to Blackberry AppWorld v3, they said I need to verify my account but when I put my email and password the notification "Unable to login to your Blackberry ID account" appeared. I never been in this situation before as I can't be able to download the application I want or I need.

All seemed good after the Desktop manager data and application switch, then switched to the new PIN on my provider's Blackberry page and everything went smooth.I was able to login to the device Email setup (using Blackberry ID) then also to App World and all worked perfectly.A few hours later, and without any reason, now signing in to Blackberry ID through either the Email setup or App World fails with the error "Unable to login to your Blackberry ID account
I can login with the same BB ID and password on the Blackberry ID website, so the account is not locked out. Also, I am not typing the wrong password on the device, because when I do, I get a different error (the email and password combination is not that of a valid Blackberry iD).So apparently, this is an issue with the actual Blackberry ID authentication module. I read a lot of blogs and forums, and many people said it's due to the cached PIN (since I migrated data from my old Torch). I tried removing App World and re-installing a different version (including the Beta 3.0), still same problem occurs.
I have changed my password on my laptop, but it still won't allow me to log in on my phone!

I have tried the workaround 1 from KB28212 but it only worked at that time. Once i reboot my blackberry, it happen again. I cant update and download any apps.

I just recently have problems downloading apps from my smartphone because of the message " Unable to login to your BB ID account." I thought it was my ISP but I was able to download apps from my Playbook using the same login details using the smartphone's internet connection. I even tried resetting my password but I notice that the attempt counter is not changing, so therefore I am entering the right password. I even check the date & time setting and it was set to automatic. I also tried a hard reset on my smartphore, but still the message is persistent.

After downloading the Blackberry App World's latest version i am not able to login to the Blackberry ID account, while my username and password is valid as i am able to log in to the website using the same ID and PW.thing is working except the telphone and enterprise email, i am not able to setup my yahoo email or gmail accounts, coz everytime its leading to the verify Blackberry ID screen and when i key in it says " Unable to login to your Blackberry ID account" its not telling wrong password, there must be something i am missing during the setup process.

After typing the password, the message Unable to login to your BlackBerry account appears. I have changed the password so many times now it's not even funny to try and fix this problem.What do I do now? ID or Password" then I try on my computer and I can log in, so there's nothing wrong with my ID and Password.
