I am trying to set my wife's new BB Bold up to upload FB pics. Her BB will not upload and I think if I download the newest FB app that will solve the problem. However, when I go into App World and try to sign up for a new account it just keeps loading.

View 1 Replies View RelatedBought a new Blackberry 9900 Bold and migrated contact data from old IPhone. Was working OK except that incoming calls were not showing contact name. Tried to hard boot by taking out battery and SIM and reinserting. The devise took to Blackberry id screen. Aftet putting the password showing "Please wait" sign and not logging in.Tried logging in with same password on the computer and password OK. Very frustrating. Read about Data Wipe option - not sure if that would remove all contact list. Any other option ? Dosn't seem a fix available.
View 1 Replies View RelatedMy BB ID works on the Blackberry website, but I can't use the BB ID on my new Bold 9900 (it says 'unable to log into your Blackberry ID account'). Vodafone suggested I cleaned the memory (options, security, advanced security, memory cleaning), and then tried to delete my old BBID (the one that worked on my old Bold 9700) and set up a new BBID, but that didn't work either. After looking online others have tried security wipes but many say they haven't worked. I'm unable to access Blackberry protect and 'my world' in Blackberry App World, or do anything that involves using my BB ID on my phone

Whenever I type my password in to access a site, eg: facebook or hotmail, and press 'sign in' the web page automatically closes and returns me to the normal phone display. I then click on the internet symbol to get back onto it, it reconnects to the internet and back to my home page. i have tried turning it on and off, and removed the battery. i had not knowingly done anything to alter the settings on my phone, and have just updated the software in hope that that would resolve the issue.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI have had my BB Bold 9780 for 2 months, my app world logged in fine on the first day then I tried a week or so later to download some app's and it wouldnt let me log in! It will say Authenticating for a few seconds then the message An error has occurred. Pleas try again later. I have since tried basically every day with the same message appearing. I even made a new BB ID thinking it was just mine not working but have just had the same problem! Have deleted and re installed the app world and also done a software update on the full phone but still getting nowhere!
