Cannot setup Exchange 2010 Active Sync account. I keep getting the following error:"You entered an incorrect server address or the server requires a protocol version that Email does not support"'m an Exchange admin & have other devices in the enviroment. My account works on other devices. I've tried other test accounts on the Xoom & cannot get it to sync with Exchange. I follow these step to set up my e-mail accountÂ

-add new mail account-selected Outlook.com-entered my outlook.com address (hotmail) and my password.-after that I recieved error "Unable to verify account information"Â But when I follow these step I can get e-mail on iPhone 5S Â

Hey, I am having issues connecting my iPhone 4 (iOS 5.1) to my Exchange 2010 server. When I create the account in my iPhone it verifys and leads me to believe the account is functional. When i go to send/receive mail, I receive a "Connection to the server failed" error. I have port 443 open on my firewall and can send/receive from OWA.I have rebuilt the account numerous times with both SSL turned on and off (both server and phone side).I have no special policies configured on the server either.

i am just testing this on the domain and i have cofngured my ipad and iphone to download emails from the exchange. I have also installed the MobileAdmin plugin as we have exchange 2003. When i get into the website i can find my devices assinged to my account and i have started a wipe which i am told has been accepted by the device. Now my iPad has a black screen and a busy icon (circle of lines) as if it's doing something, but it's been going for 30minutes so far. How long does it take roughly (iPad2 16gb) Also is there anyway to stop a user from Jailbreaking there company owned iPad apart from contracts and disclaimers etc...
