IPhone :: Email Won't Verify Details And Doesn't Allow Me To Setup A Mail Account

Well i need to set up my email account for my coursework and everytime i try to do it i get a message up saying it is un able to vitrify my email account i have tried different accounts even setting up new ones but i still have the same problem?
Yesterday and today my email accounts will not re-validate (if thats a word). I read all the messages about passwords being "incorrect" which affects validating email accounts and this is my problem. I have done the same thing: changed passwords, tried logging in through the computer and showing the password so i know its correct etc. I have even waited hours before attempting to validate my email again.
When I try to verify my password the setup email account shows the internet and enterprise accounts as it should. When I press the internet mail management icon, it just throws me back to the setup screen. It is in a loop.
I have had my phone for ages and all of a sudden it will not connect to my work gmail account. It's telling me my user name or password is incorrect and even thought I make sure, shut the phone down and restart it, it still says the same. When I delete and try to set it up again it tells me can not connect to imap?
IPhone 4 running 4.0.1. Happened on 4.0 as well. This is the second time this has happened. Look at the center email...anything look funny? It won't let me delete and eventually changes to a date in the year 2000 then randomly will go away. It just shows up on it's own. Email setup with default gmail account settings.
I have a new-to-me device, after my original Curve 8530 had to be sent back to the carrier. I restored old settings from a backup re Desktop Manager, but now there are messaging problems. One, my setup folder doesn't have an e-mail setup option. Two, in "Email Reconciliation" option, only chloice I have is to change the e-mail account on "Message Services" drop-down. Related to that, if I'm in "messages," my Options screen lacks "Reconcile Now."
i have entered a wrong email as i was trying to download an app. i have only just got the phone today but i have an email for icloud that ive set up on a seperate part of my phone.
I bought my first BlackBerry (Curve 3G 9300) on Friday and tried to setup a personal email account on the phone via the setup wizard earlier today.The phone said that an update to 6.11...... was needed in order to do this. I let it update, now the phone is just hanging after starting up. If I do a start up after removing the battery it comes up with a black screen with the BlackBerry logo and a progress bar below it. The progress bar moves along until the end, this takes around a minute. It then shows something like a little clock over the logo for about a second. Once this disappears the phone says with the logo and the completed progress bar - and just hangs there.
All of a sudden the phone couldn't automatically log into my yahoo email. I've changed the password and everything. Now I deleted the account from the phone and tried adding it again. It says "authentication failed, verify username and password". I'm 100% certain both are correct.
I'm trying to setup a new mal account, and connect it to Exchange In the first screen I place my email adress [URL] and password After that it asked to fix the settings for Exchange
domain/username > minefirst.last password > ******* server > mail.mine.com use of SSL
I accept everything, but it's not working . . it's continues saying Waiting for synchronization cause i need this one (with out installing an special app)
Got my BB curve 8025 at the weekend and have encounted afew things i didnt understand serched the net and found this site which as been a god send! I'm trying to set up email but atm its only giving me the option for setting up work email account with a BB enterprise server - I just want to set up a normal email account using my normal hotmail account but i cant get any further along as it asks for my enterprise activation password - which i obviously dont have?
Also - a few friend have gien me their pin so i can add them on BBM, i type the pin and it says contact pending but the person/s im trying to add get no notification that i'm trying to add them - we try it the other way with me giving them my pin and get the same result WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?
I had set up my personal emails on the "Internet Mail Account". When I tried later on to add another personal email, it gives me a message that I have to put my user name and password, however I did not put any.
Yesterday received notification of an update to internet mail account feature for managing email addresses.I proceeded with the update, it failed part way through, I'm not sure at what point.I now cannot access access the feature "internet mail account". I have the Bold 9780.

My colleague had a blackberry curve 8900 and this was then passed to me as he left the company. My sim works in the phone fine but I am unable to set up my email as it says there is one already set up. Im no longer in contact with my colleague and not sure what to do. Is there any way of renewing this? When I go to email setup it doesnt have the option of create new email.

iPhone 4S. My e-mail service provider is Embarq. I am receiving e-mails, but I cannot SEND/REPLY to e-mails. I get message that recipient was rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying.

I just got a Blackberry Bold 9900 yesterday. During the process of trying to set up my outlook email on my phone I accidentally selected setup "Enterprise Email Account" instead of "set up another email account". Now when I go into the setup options and select email accounts it takes me back to the Enterprise setup automatically. I can't find a way to exit that setup and begin the "set up another email" procedure I have tried turning the phone off/on, removing the battery but still automatically takes me to the Enterprise email account setup/login.

I am a consultant and have a client that has a BB Curve. He has been using a certain provider inet for his email. He has now changed to a different provider (for technical reasons). I have tried to setup his new email account for the new provider - I also use a BB curves and have performed this operation for over 50 of my clients. However in this scenario, the Curve keeps asking for his account id and password. We have tried to enter it and it says that the Username cannot be blank. If we exit and re-enter the setup tool, and then enter the same info again, it says that the username and/or password is incorrect. His credentials have never - ever changed.
We cannot get his password (or acct info) sent to him by BB (RIM), because he no longer has the email address of record. Of course I tried entering a different email address to send it to, but of course it doesn't get to his phone as there is no eamil address setup (except his old one). The provider here in town (TELUS) has been quite useless in helping and have been quite specific that we need to talk to RIM, well of course this seems to be the only avenue available.Can someone direct us to the appropriate area or resource in order to proceed with setting up his new email account.
