The Facebook, and Xperia with Facebook, account information keeps disappearing on my Z2 (in Settings -> Accounts)When I then recreate the account, it works for a couple of days, or hours, and then all of a sudden the accounts are gone again.The result is: no FB notifications, no FB calender sync and I have to sign in again when I open the main FB app.

View 5 Replies View RelatedOn my E72 i have my ntlworld.com (outlook express email account), my yahoo and googlemail account. The yahoo and googlemail work fine and the inbox,sent etc emails are as they should be and stay on the phone and on my PC at home when i log in but on my outlook account when i read the emails on my phone they disappear from the inbox (and phone) and are not there when i check on outlook express at home? when i first got the E72 it worked fine and emails i looked at on my phone remained on the phone and were at home on outlook express still?
i havent done anything different? i use this address currently to receive wedding RSVP's and they are disappearing? I cannot beleive i am the only one suffering this.
For a brief period I had my personal Gmail account on the phone as well, while I was in between personal phones. I have since deleted Gmail from my BB and no longer receive my Gmail emails on there. Great. However, my Gmail account is still listed in the calendar and contacts function. I would like to delete those and can not figure out how to do it in my settings.

I follow these step to set up my e-mail accountÂ
-setting Mail, Contacts, Calendars
-add new mail account-selected Outlook.com-entered my outlook.com address (hotmail) and my password.-after that I recieved error "Unable to verify account information"Â But when I follow these step I can get e-mail on iPhone 5S Â

I set up my Droid with my original gmail account, I'll call it gmail1. For various reasons I want to have 2 additional gmail accounts so I played around, created them in gmail, I'll call them gmail2 and 3. Cause I wasn't sure what I was doing I ended up with contact lists for each with slightly different info and they all got merged into my contact list on my Droid.So the net is I have a person with 2 addressess, another with 3 birthdays (all the same day, but merged from the 3 accounts. would like my Droid to only sync contacts with gmail1, but the contact list already contains the extra data. Is there a way to eliminate that extra data? I removed the contacts from gmail1 and 3 and synced them to the Droid, but all their stuff still exists in my Droid contact list.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have had a problem for last couple of weeks - When I got the phone (around 2mths ago), I created all my main contacts, added their names, numbers and email addresses. So, at least a month goes by, but then one or two contacts start losing their phone numbers (the name and email address remains). I have tried everything from simply entering and saving the number again via the phonebook and even adding the number from text messages sent by the person in question - each time I have ensured that I have clicked 'done' and/or the save symbol. I exit the phonebook, but if I check back later it's been lost again.
This seems to happen with only one or two particular contacts - I am not sure what is unique about them.
I have read the manual re: phonebook, so I am following all of the steps so I am not sure whether or not the phone has a fault.
My contact list keeps disappearing and appearing at will.

I have an Problem with my Bluetooth Connection between my Sony Xperia Z3 and my Sony XAV-602BT. The Z3 connected successfully and i can play the Audio Files over my Sony XAV-602BT. But it doesn't show any Information of the Track. The Sound played and on my Radio are no Information about Title and Artist. Before i get my Z3 i had used an Iphone 5 with the same Radio and this works perfectly i had seen the Artist and Track Information on my Radio. But this doesn't work with my Z3.

Last week all my pictures dissappeared. loaded them back up. Yesterday contacts started dissappearing. Today my email accounts have all gone apart from icloud and I can't get them set up again. My SMS keep on deleting itself without my confirmation. I've tried everything to save them, but they still keep deleting automatically.!!
I've changed all options so that the messages stay on my phone forever, I've tried deleting as many apps as I can from App World and I've archived the ones I don't use, but it still does not do me any favours!The application memory still shows that theres around 20mb left, and I find that it is ridiculous that you can only save the apps on a device memory. I also have updated my validity period.
Is there any way of being able to save the messages on a memory card?
