BB Bold :: Email Via Outlook Exchange No Longer Working?

We have 5 Blackberry Bold 9700. We purchased these phones so that our engineers and sales guys can access their emails away from the office.Earlier this week our email server was taken offline for maintenance and all the Blackberrys asked us to validate our email accounts. It has asked us to do this before and we simply re-entered the details and away we went.Not this time though. Despite passwords, exchange address, usernames remaining the same we still consistently get the following error message.Invalid email address or password. Verify your email address and password. If the error persists, contact I can access my emails via the exchange via the internet using the same details that i am putting into the blackberry so i know that they do work. Just can't get the blackberry to receive my emails.I am not to tech minded but i do have an IT team inhouse that manage the exchange server.I have spoken to vodafone who also tried to setup the email account their end but got the same error message.

I had setup and Active Exchange account for my Gmail (this way I could also sync my mail, calendar, and todo lists easily). Everything was working smoothly, until I installed the Mircrosoft Apps update yesterday. Now I can no longer get this to work. It says my Inbox is empty and never finds any mail. It did work yesterday after I deleted the mail account re setup the active exchange account. But then last night I turned my phone off and this morning when I had turned it on, the account email inbox was all blank/empty. The Calendar was still synced though.Now I am trying to re setup the account, and its not working at all.(Nokia E7 Belle phone)

BB Bold :: Outlook Exchange Email Service?

I'm using Bold 9900. Last time I can sending and receiving email from my work by using my BB device. Due to security policies I'm no longer able receive email from my work. I have to register my name (as blackberry user) and meet the company policies before able to receive push mail from exchange server.Since my Bold not provided by the company (this is my personal phone) so I don't want to meet the company policies as my office mate using Iphone, Android and Windows phone do not meet the policies at all for their personal phone and no problem with sending and receiving email.

Not sure what is going on, but I can no longer get my Exchange email. I can send to my self, but the email only shows on my laptop and not on my iPhone.

BB Software :: BIS No Longer Working After A Failed Exchange Update?

I have a sick exchange 2007 server. I tried to update it to Sp2 and it didnt work out. I have managed to get my server up and fully functional however, BIS is not working. What seems to have happened is that SP2 disabled all of the exchange realted services on the server. I have everything working, however I suspect a service that isnt running.what services BIS needs running on an exchange server?

I have had my Bold for almost two years now and I've NEVER had a problem... until now. I received message saying I needed to validate my email address and password because I am no longer receiving emails to my phone. I tried to log in and the username and password don't work. I've never had to use this password and email until now, therefore is should not have been changed. I don't know how to fix the settings at all especially since I can't log into my settings!

Since upgrading, CorporateSync can no longer communicate with our MS Exchange email server at work. I am in I.T., and spent the moring with two co-workers troubleshooting this. We moved the phone into a test area with no policies, then turned on and off each policy, testing connectivity results for each one.The only policy preventing the phone from connecting to the server was, "Password Required". The phone can connect to the server only if a password is not required.

Lumia 1520 :: Outlook Notification Are No Longer Working

looks like my notifications for Outlook are no longer working. I have a notification sound setup as well as "show in action center" enabled and "show notification banners" checked. This was working previously but a day or so ago I decided to do a hard reset and clean install of everything and after that I haven't been receiving the Outlook notifications. All other notifications that I have setup within the action center are working correctly.

So far I've tried re-syncing the Outlook account, unchecking it to sync and then rechecking, multiple soft resets, unchecking the action center settings for Outlook and nothing has worked.

I can't sychronize my BB 9700 with Outlook. Same error message in a window that says Intellisync. Message is: "Function OpenFolder failed". Things worked fine yesterday. I tried reloading the software from the CD, then downloading updates, then re-booting the computer.

BB Bold 9700 :: Contacts Will No Longer Sync From MS Outlook?

I'm done banging my head against a wall and have searched and searched on how to fix this, as although I'm a newbie to this site, I feel like I can generally navigate myself around my BB to fix issues here and there. This one, I cannot, for the life of me! Here's the situation: I had to wipe my entire BB Bold the other day. I did that successful, reloaded all my settings/applications and all was well and good, including syncing my Calendar and Contacts. I realized that my contacts were double, triple and sometimes quadropled during the syncing process, thus having the duplicates on both my device and Outlook. Not to mention, totally reconfigured my "File As" in my Outlook - but that's another topic. Issue at hand, after turning the Wireless Syncronization OFF, checking my Default services and following any advice here on the forums. I now can't get ANY of my contacts to sync from Outlook to my device. Except 2 random contacts. When I go to sync, it registers the address book and asks if I want to delete 8XX contacts from Outlook to Device, which I DON't!Anyway, long winded.

I have just had an automatic upgrade of my BlackBerry software to 6.0, Bundle 2949. I can no longer sync to and fro Outlook 2003. I get a message telling me that my organiser data is not configured and when I try to reconfigure I get exactly the same message!

Since upgrading to ICS, my phone will not sync with the Exchange Server.I've reformated the SD card & done the SW repair proceedure on the phone.I've deleted the phone profile on the Exchange server - so Exchange can detect and reload the profile anew The mail client doesn't show any email, but rather endlessly reports that it is syncing.The phone contacts do not sync with the server.

LG G4 :: Share Via Email No Longer Working

I occasionally email people photos, but suddenly, my G4 has stopped sending. I can't think of any settings I've changed or new apps that I've installed that could explain the sudden change. I use Outlook mail if that makes a difference. I use the Share "line and dot" link withing my photo gallery, choose the photo, then email, then size of photo, and send.

BlackBerry :: Own Domain Email No Longer Working?

I have a Blackberry Torch on Vodafone UK which I've been using for several months very happily. I had set up two email addresses - a account and an email account with my own domain name ( Up until this morning they were working just fine.

This morning I noticed that a lot of emails were coming into Outlook on my PC but not coming to my handset. I sent test messages from my handset and they never arrived in Outlook. So I resent the service books, got the usual "set up successful" message, but still nothing. I did a hard reset, but no change.I logged in to Vodafone's BIS site and removed the mydomain email account, as in the past when I have had problems removing it and re-adding it seemed to fix it. However, now I can't put it back on! Even when I add the additional data via the website I get the following message:

An error occurred during email account validation. I tried the same process via the handset and get a similar error message:Invalid email address or password. Verify your email address and password. If the error persists, contact (i.e. my domain)

Now, I know that the password is correct as I am using the same one to log into my webmail and to get emails in Outlook. I have checked the email server in cPanel for my domain. So as far as I'm concerned all of the info is correct.

What else can I try? I've set up a forwarder for my domain mail to a newly created vodafone mail account in the meantime, but it's not ideal as this doesn't have the "delete on mailbox and handheld" option. Unfortunately I've tried calling Vodafone twice - the first person I spoke to said he would ring me back in under two hours, and that was five hours ago. The second person was far from helpful. Please help, this is very frustrating!

(Update: I have also changed the password for my email account to ensure that it is DEFINITELY the right one, and deleted almost all the messages from the inbox (there were some over 8MB which may have been causing the problem). I have also completely deleted my BIS account and started again from scratch. Still no joy.)

I think this subject has been talked about before, but I can't find anywhere that has a successful result to my "problem". My email has been working fine, then nothing. I've got an Aol account for my email but they are not getting sent to my BB Torch anymore. I get the message "Your device had a problem connecting to the server" when I try to access the email account in Setup. I've tried: Taking the battery out ... Waiting.... Taking the battery and sim card out... Waiting... Hitting my head against a brick wall (only joking, but that will happen soon if I don't get this fixed) Deleting the CMIME, for the email account I'm using, out of the service book? BB Bold :: Email Setup, Any Other Way To Exchange Than OWA

One of our clients recently changed from Android to the new BB Bold 9900, but we can't seem to get any exchange email to work. I believe the problem lies with the setup requiring OWA address, while our OWA is only internal only.With Android, all we had to do is put domain, exchange server and username. Is there hope still? Perhaps a thirdparty app?

My Yahoo was working. Then I installed my work email with Corporate Sync. Yahoo worked for a few hours and then would not update. I have deleted and re-added. I can send emails from my Yahoo account to my work email but cannot download and view the emails in my Yahoo inbox. I have a Photon 4G. I have tried all steps through WI-FI, 4G, and 3G - with same result.

Today in the office we set up a microsoft exchange and OWA, nothing to big or fancy but we have a server etc. Now I logged into my BIS site, set up my email entering my own details and putting in our OWA details.. The email works fine, but it takes about 15 minutes for the emails to come through to the blackberry.. i thought that this was only with POP3 and if it ran off an exchange it would be near instant?

I may have stopped "google framwork services" last week, but I do not think this is related.Basically, my gmail app no longer gets push notifications or syncs automatically.I have android 5.0.1. nexus 5 and the latest gmail app versions. I have checked all settings in the app, and made sure that all my sync settings are enabled. I can see that the last sync of gmail was over 30 minutes ago, yet I've sent emails to my gmail account since then and they appear on the web version.The app won;t show new emails until I manually refresh within the app.

I googled a bit and saw that some people with a similar issue dod a "factory reset" to solve. that seems a bit extreme. Is there any other way around this. I've done all the usual things, cleared data in gmail app and forced stop and restarted phone.I even removed my google account and readded it. nothing worked.

I go to the setup on the main screen (the phone with the green gear) and I can see under set up the little icon for Email Accounts, but when I click on it nothing opens up. I can click on other icons (i.e. Wi-Fi) and the set up screen opens for them, but not for the email accounts.

BB Bold :: Email No Longer Works After Transferring To New One?

I switched on the weekend from a company phone to my own phone. At the dealer, they used the BB desktop SW to move across all information from the previous phone to the new one. Everything moved across well, except my Blackberry email address. I have been able to set up a Gmail account no problem, everything works fine, but I can't get the Blackberry email address [URL] to work successfully. It is a valid email address, as I was using up until a few days back. I have tried adding the email address manually, but it claims that either the email address or the password are incorrect. I tried requesting a new BB email address, but used the same one, and the response came back that I can't use that address as it is already taken (I know - it's mine). I have a support call in and spent almost 2 hours trying different things with them, but so far no success.
