Her fiance suggested I email them, but when I tried Gmail it said video was too large, and when I tried Hotmail with phone's USB hooked up to laptop,couldn't find videos.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI use a Bluetooth headset to listen to music that I have on the SD card but would also appreciate the option of listening to the radio on occasion. The problem is that the radio will only work once the wired headset is connected, as the cable is used as an aerial. Is there any way in which I can overcome this problem. I have tried plugging the wired heaset in so that the radio works through that, but then there is no sound through the Bluetooth headset. For the record, I have experienced an irritating problem since having upgraded to 2.3. I downloaded a few skins off the HTC Hub after which the downloading notification arrows on the top information bar as well as the download information on the information sheet could not be removed. I tried many options, to the extent of even deleting the apps concerned, but the notifications remained. The only way that I was able to clear them was to perform a full factory reset causing much information to be lost. I wonder how many others have experienced the same problem. Other than this the upgrade did improve a number of functions.
View 2 Replies View RelatedOn my DesireHD I cannot make voicedial from my motorcycle helmet BT headset (happens to be a Cardo Scala Rider set). So here is how it worked with my 3 year old Nokia E71 symbian phone (same BT headset):
Push the call button on headsetPhone confirmed with a beepI spoke the name of who I want to call in the micPhone used voice recognition to match in my address book, and read back a suggestion with a synthesized voiceIf I agreed I just waited and let it call, if not, I called off with the buttonI do have voice search activated on my DesireHD phone, but it doesn't help voicedialing from the headset. Needless to say, I cannot pull out the phone while I drive the motorcycle to dial.
I have a HTC Desire, and it is constantly dropping my Bluetooth headset. Bluetooth head set is a Motorola H17.
View 1 Replies View RelatedSo my battery was totally down, i was at a friends place and forgot the charger. When i came back home and started it up, suddenly the wifi didn't connect. I went to wifi settings and it just said error. After that i found out that bluetooth, the radio, the g-sensor and even the light behind the buttons under the screen all didn't work (the buttons themselves do still work). Assuming this is a software failure and not a hardware one (cuz these are all really different components) i thought a factory reset would bring them back to life, but even that didn't work. So now i'm stuck with an empty phone ( i can't download all my apps back cuz i have a data limit) which is half broken. I sent a mail to htc already, but i hope i could get an answer from someone here faster.

View 3 Replies View RelatedMy problem is putting music on the phone. I have never been able to do that with an ipod without major drama, and i hoped this would be different, but i has so far been a failure. I popped a cd into my pc and loaded up media player, then plugged in my phone to my pc and basically my pc can't or won't allow my phone to sync. I can get to the 'connected media' screen on my phone and i have;
OWNER PC- Kids
OWNER PC: Owner
OWNER PC: Samantha
when i click any of them it says;Authorisation failed- Unable to access the selected media server. please ensure that you have access rights for this server.And nothing shows up in the 'connect a device' box on WMPlayer either.
Every time I create a new playlist in the HTC Sense music player it disappears when I come back to it later.

View 2 Replies View RelatedMy phone got updated to 2.3.5 and sense UI 3 yesterday and I face this problem where I'd be listening to music, playing games and hearing the phone ring when suddenly it would go dumb and I can't hear anything. This happens with no error message or notification. The phone think it's playing media and allows me to adjust the media volume but there's no sound (speaker or earphones). I have to restart the phone every time this happens but the problem keeps happening randomly.
View 2 Replies View RelatedThe problem is that when I try and transfer music to my 32gb microSD card on my HTC Desire S, the music appears to delete itself. I connect it, drag and drop in the normal way and it copies normally. I then disconnect the phone and when I try to play the music it isnt on the menu on my phone. I reconnect the phone and the music is not there when I browse to my computer. Have tried 2 separate memory cards, and in 2 different HTC phones and still get the same problem.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have iPhone 4s iOS 5 and have successfully paired (bluetooth) with my new Sony DSX-s310BTX car head unit. When I search for a contact through the head unit, it will load the entire (huge) list of contacts and allow me to navigate through the headunit to a contact to make a call (very clunky - SOny's poor design). So, it sees the contact list successfully. The head unit allows for me to enter six presets contacts into a list of popular numbers for easy access, but after the head unit is set to accept an addition to this presets list (it displays "waiting" prompt on the display), I need to know how to "Send the phonebook data by operating the cellular phone" as the SOny instruction manual says to do. I've contacted Sony support, and reviewed the pdf iPhone 4s manual (as well as these discussions), with no luck. It seems it should be under Contacts > select individual contact > Share Contact, but that only gives the option to share via Email or Message (sms), not Bluetooth.
Here are details of my "chat" with SOny support (there is not such "Send Contact" or "Sync Contact" option in iOS): 3:28 PM Austin - (C6QB): After selecting the contact, use the option on how to send it to other devices.3:29 PM Austin - (C6QB): On selecting the contact, use the Send Contact option.3:30 PM Austin - (C6QB): On the next screen, select Via Bluetooth.3:32 PM Austin - (C6QB): It might also have an option of Sync Contact instead of Send Contact.3:32 PM Austin - (C6QB): Please refer to the Manual of the iPhone to check the exact steps on how to send a contact via Bluetooth.
Please could someone help me! When sending messages the sending banner never completes so it keeps sending the same message over and over again.
