Feb 21, 2011Whenever I view one of my email accounts I get an Alert pop-up saying: "There is not enough free space. Please delete some messages and try again." However, I have 6.68GB free on the SD card and 33.21Mb free on the phone. Nevertheless I've deleted many messages, especially those with attachments, turn the phone off and on again, but I still get the alert. It doesn't seem to affect my ability to download new messages, but it's annoying. It only happens on one (POP3) account. Do I have to delete and recreate the account?

Dec 26, 2010I just got the Desire Z the other day (after switching from the HTC Dream) and for some reason the Google Calendar and Android Calendar won't sync.My contacts and gmail sync with no problem, but the calendar just shows the spinning (circular arrows) wheel for a few minutes which then stops spinning and stays static.If I open the calendar app it is completely blank and if I go into the settings to try to select a calendar the program freezes up and gives me a pop-up window reading Calendars - Update now... (with another spinning wheel).I have tried soft & hard resets along with clearing the cache and data from the calendar and calendar storage, but I keep having the same problem.

It has worked fine for ages, but today I noticed that new emails were no longer arriving on my phone. I removed the account from my phone, hoping to recreate it but I cannot recreate the account. I put the details in, as above, then when I get to the name account screen and hit Finish, I get 'Failed to create the account. Please try again later.'This is what used to happen before the update - there was some incompatibility between the HTC mail app and Hotmail over ActiveSync, but it has been working fine on my phone for ages, until today.

OR create a list only of people I want on the sync list.I thought smartphones were to make life easier. Dec 21, 2011My phone got updated to 2.3.5 and sense UI 3 yesterday and I face this problem where I'd be listening to music, playing games and hearing the phone ring when suddenly it would go dumb and I can't hear anything. This happens with no error message or notification. The phone think it's playing media and allows me to adjust the media volume but there's no sound (speaker or earphones). I have to restart the phone every time this happens but the problem keeps happening randomly.

Nov 8, 2011The problem is that when I try and transfer music to my 32gb microSD card on my HTC Desire S, the music appears to delete itself. I connect it, drag and drop in the normal way and it copies normally. I then disconnect the phone and when I try to play the music it isnt on the menu on my phone. I reconnect the phone and the music is not there when I browse to my computer. Have tried 2 separate memory cards, and in 2 different HTC phones and still get the same problem.

Oct 15, 2010I have only just got my first HTC phone. I think its quite good so far, however I am have trouble trying to sync with my PC. I have downloaded and installed the latest sync software from the HTC website, then plugged in the phone and selected the HTC sync option. The PC recognises that the phone is plugged in and starts the software start up screen and displays the message 'updating htc library' in the bottom right hand corner. This is as far as I can get and the software eventually times out and closes!!! I have tried on another PC and the same error occurrs!
