Jun 2, 2012My iPhone keeps deleting numbers. I don't synch it to anything. This morning I was texting a friend on the bus and 10 minutes later her name disappeared. I am constantly having to re-input names and numbers.

Jul 30, 2011I own a business and having my contacts phone numbers is an abosolute necessity for me.I've noticed that after importing all my contacts from my SD card (after having setup the phone and creating a MotoBlur account, adding facebook, and a couple of email accounts) that the contacts whom had a Facebook profile, it REMOVED the phone numbers that were previously attached to the contact file.Is there a way to keep the phone from doing this? It did this to each contact that had a facebook profile that didn't have their phone number on their facebook profile.I've tried to go in and edit the contact but it tells me that you can't edit a facebook profile / contact.

Apr 29, 2010I recently upgraded to 400.21.013 and I noticed that whenever I run out of battery when I start the phone over I have to manually set the time and date. I donīt know if the upgrade was just a coincidence, or I have a problem. I red that there is an auxiliary battery in the phone that takes care of manteining those settings. Is it possible that it run out after a year and a half?Any ideas?

Oct 3, 2011my girlfriend recently purchased the torch 9810 and the clock on it keeps changing by itself. Mystery to me why but we've played with and changed all the clock settings including putting it onto manual time, auto on our time zone, entering the time itself, etc. but the stupid thing insists on changing the time by itself. This is one of a few problems we've had so far and our confidence is starting to drain in the blackberry phones.if only she'd of listened to me and had an iPhone.

The clock on the top status bar on the other hand was spot on correct.

Jun 9, 2011why my wallpaper reverts to the default HTC wallpaper every time I turn off my phone (Desire)? I have set up scenes on my phone and have a live wallpaper set into these, yet every time I turn off my phone it loses the live wallpaper and I have to select my scene again. As far as I can tell it does not change any of the other elements of the scene, just the wallpaper, although I have never really checked as I just re-select my chosen scene each time.

BB Curve 8520/8530 :: My Clock Changes Time Every Time I Sync.
Mar 19, 2010I went to a different time zone last month and of course changed my clock on my Curve 8520 to that zone (6 hours ahead of my home zone EST). Of course when I returned I changed back. Since then every time I sync to my computer the zone changes to a different time (7 hours behind my zone). Also now after a sync when I click on the clock icon it shows 2 analog clocks. One large one with the new wrong time and a small one to the left showing the correct time. After I reset the time I get only one large analog clock showing the correct time until I resync again.I have checked and rechecked the settings. I have changed the date/time source setting from 'Blackberry' Network Time to 'Network' Time and this does not make any difference. I've pulled the battery. I've reset the sync maagement options.What a pain having to change the time every time I sync. I've called my service provider (rogers) and they went through the same steps I have already tried.

Jun 6, 2012I previously had an iPhone 4 and 3Gs at the same time, but since then have sold them. Now when I try to sync my apps to iTunes it says that I can't unless I revert my apps to a previous setting that was used for either my iPhone 3gs or iPhone 4 and my other apps will be deleted.. I only use this computer now, but used to use another computer that was a pc. It is quite unstable so it wouldnt' be very easy to get on it grab my old files that I'm sure aren't complete anyways. All I need to do is take everything from this iPhone and back it up on my Macbook Pro.

May 21, 2012My wife's iphone was tied to a laptop iTunes library. The laptop's hard drive died some time ago, and she has since refused to update the iOS version or sync the phone with another computer, for fear of losing access to the considerable amount of non-iTunes MP3s that were formerly on her laptop, and are now only stored on her iPhone.
So my question is twofold:
1) Can I update the iOS for her without syncing the itunes library on the phone? She is currently running iOS 3.1.3 (7E18). If I can update it, how do I do so safely?
2) Is there any way to set up a new iTunes library on her new laptop without destroying the music library she already has on the phone?
My goal would be to simply get the iOS version and iTunes database up to the latest version, so we can subscribe her to the iCloud service and back up all her music.
