I have 9 9550 and it will not Send audio over my Bluetooth connections. I have deleted and added Several times but No luck. It does Work when I Connect those devices to Other receivers. Must be a Settings in the Phone or something is Broken.

When I play movie it gets the green loading alert in corner then starts to play the audio only with no video. I am on .419 shrunk, is it possible it removed something to play video. View 21 Replies View RelatedSo ever since I updated to Lollipop in March (I'm with MTS) my Bluetooth audio with my pioneer double din stereo in my truck only works for about it a minute and a half then the signal seems to go weak and it gets really choppy and skips really bad. If I pause the song and wait 30 seconds itll sound fine again but only for about another minute and a half. Bluetooth audio works fine with my little Bluetooth speaker.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI have paired my HTC One "AT&T" with my 2012 Toyota Highlander. During the process I setup it up as a phone plus audio device. I can receive and make calls just fine without issue.
The problem is when I try to play pandora. No audio at all. Whats strange is thats its actually paired, i see the music symbol plus the connection strength bars on my console. It does not display any artist info or songs. When I play a song in pandora no audio on either my car or phone. Whats even stranger is I can use my car to skip songs in pandora but still no sound.
I have checked everything. Made sure bluetooth audio is setup in pandora. I have deleted my phone from toyota and the connection from my phone and repaired back up. Rebooted my phone.
I've seen hundreds of topics about this, but they're all very old and possibly irrelevent given the state of the android platform. My G1 is running Cyanogenmod 5.0.8 with firerat's AnySPL patch. I bought a bluetooth headset(Wireless Blue) hoping to listen to music and play videogames with it, but then I tried it and it wouldn't give the desired results. After a little research, I found out about A2DP. I'm aware that this mono bluetooth headset does not support A2DP. Is there any way to get audio output to my bluetooth headset without A2DP?

View 9 Replies View RelatedI just bought my first smartphone , a Galaxy S5. While I new to smartphones, I am not new to tech. In my car ( a 2015 Subaru Forester) I was powering my S5 with the USB cable plugged into the car's USB port. I had the phone playing Pandora. I sort of assumed that I would get the music signal on the USB line but found that the enabled BT was overriding the USB so I was getting the music with my radio set to BT-A. The problem was that the every few seconds the volume would drop and the phone would make two beeps. If I disconnected the USB cable and ran off battery, this issue went away.
On further inspection, I noticed that on every volume drop with beeps, a USB connection notification was appearing in the notification lists. I just wanted the USB for power but it seemed to be trying to connect over and over and each time, the notification was interfering with the audio. I could not find a setting to stop the S5 from trying to connect to USB data.
As we all know, the iPhone can TRANSMIT audio via bluetooth, but is it possible for the iPhone to also RECEIVE audio? Particularly from a TV or computer (assuming they also have BT)? Any know if this is possible, and if so, how to do that?

The Parrott Mki9100 is NOT picking up the contacts automatically so I am trying to send the contact via BT and having some difficulty.Everytime I try to send the contacts, the phone says, "disconnect current device". And if I disconnect the phone from the Mki9100 then I can't even see the MKi9100 when I try to send the contacts.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI'd like to use my E71 for streaming music via Spotify and I have been using a 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter with various speakers and headphones, but the sound quality is always bad. The sound quality is equally as bad when playing high bitrate mp3s via real player, so I don't think it's just Spotify.
There is also some hiss produced, but this can be mitigated by having the E71 volume turned up to maximum and using an inline volume control on the headphones to turn the volume down. But the audio quality is still bad and seems to be missing a lot in the mid range.
If I were to get a Bluetooth headset or a Bluetooth to 3.5mm adapter so that I could use my own headphones, would this improve the audio quality as it bypasses the 2.5mm plug on the device completely, or is the audio still going to be bad due to some underlying problem in the way the E71 decodes MP3s?
My new Z2 D6503 is on .167 (4.4.4 KK) firmware, and when I connect it to my car's bluetooth audio system, sometimes it stutter really bad that I cannot enjoy the music. My car is 2014 and it also has the ability to read text messages.So after some investigation, I found a temporary solution to the dropouts:
1) If I just disable throw and reconnect, stuttering still exist.
2) If I just disable BT and re-enable, sometimes it fixes it but sometimes I lose AVRCP (control via car)
3) going into bluetooth setting, and disable MAP (text message), dropouts improved dramatically (from every 10 secs to every 1 mins or so)
4) disabling bluetooth Phone audio (so the only thing left is Bluetooth media audio) completely solves the dropout.
I'm trying to throw music audio to bluetooth speakers with the Z2 and it doesn't work. The weird part is phone calls work perfectly through the bluetooth speakers, but throw doesn't work when playing music. The device also seems confused - the throw icon is highlighted in cyan, and the device under the menu is also highlighted, but the audio continues to play through the phone's speakers.
It has the same behavior with my UE BOOM speaker and with my car's system (mObridge MOST). My phone's software build number is 17.1.1.A.0.402.
I have a Nokia. Lumia, blutooth on calls is ok, tho I do have to press blutooth again when making outgoing call wich I find odd as...... As soon as I pick my phone up and unlock it stops audio in car, so even if checking Mai l, mesage, wHatsapp etc the audio drops off in car, I have to keep pressing the fm button to get off bt audio,

The song will sometimes breakup or skip, almost like an old record with a scratch. Despite reminiscing about the good old days of record albums, this is a real nuisance.
View 3 Replies View Related if I turn Bluetooth on before I get in my Ford Mondeo it connects to ford audio and starts playing media via Walkman BUT if I exit car and go.back in, say 20 mins later the Z3 auto connects, and the media starts playing but I get no sound except the odd crackle, the currently selected track is visible on the car radio screen and tracks can be skipped etc, the phonebook also works and I can make receive calls with no audio problems.
Never had this issue with my iPhone, you could leave the car and get back in and it would automatically start playing from where it stopped when you got out.
