Nov 14, 2012I just upgrade my OS from 7.0 to 7.1. When I started uprgading, it says, it will take 2hours then I agreed by clik ok/yes. Then my phone suddenly off, upgrading in process. Nov 1, 2011I just upgraded to a 9810. My favorite app from my old phone was just released for the 9810: My-Cast Weather Premium. I can download the one-day free trial just fine, but I when I try to purchase/upgrade to the paid version, I get an error message: "Purchase Service Error. (Error ID 30220). This happens whether downloading by phone or computer. I called the developer (Garmin), and they said it was an internal Blackberry error. Appworld confirms that My-Cast is compatible with my 9810. I have a similar problem when trying to get the 9810 version of Callblocker Pro (which I'd also had on my old phone).
I can download any free app, or any paid app that I haven't paid for previously. I've upgrade the OS, and everything else I can, to the current versions. Near as I can tell, something about the download process doesn't like the fact that I own/owned a previous paid version of this app.

Aug 18, 2012My Facebook icon has disappeared after doing the latest app world upgrade. App world says its installed but I can't find it. Checked the hidden icons and its not there either. In Options, App Management it says its 'Not Running'. How do I get it back??

Jul 25, 2011I have a torch 9800 and after upgrading my calendars no longer sync. I have one calendar that syncs through google sync and another that syncs through my business account (also a google account through a university). I've checked both calendars on google and they're syncing from my computers to the gmail accounts just fine. They're just not syncing from gmail to the blackberry.
I tried downgrading my blackberry to the lowest version of 6.0, but that didnt fix it. I also tried several soft resets.

Apr 6, 2012We have a Torch 9810 and it's always freezing so we tried to upgrage the OS wirelessly.It downloaded the upgrade, started to backup before the upgrade but freezes in the backup.When we remove the battery to re start the phone it goes back to the upgrade and freezes at the backup again.How do we stop this so we can use the phone ?

I uninstalled app world (it shows up I under the applications manager but the icon does not show up as a icon on my blackbery). Jan 13, 2012I upgraded my BB Appworld App on my Torch 9800, and when it told me that the device needed to be rebooted i selected reboot now, and the device will not reboot, it just starts and as the status bar creeps along it ultimately just goes back to attempting to reboot again. May 14, 2011Since I have installed this last OS ipgrade on BB TORCH, (6.0 offer 1907), I cannot access anymore the mail set up. Clicking on the icon bring me sometimes to the choice for personnal email or enterprise and when I click on personal, I come back to the menu. Sometimes I canot even go to thi screen and I stay at the menu level.
I have my emails set up correctly for the blackberry web site, and I sent the service book to my mobile. I get emails working correctly.

Jun 13, 2011Tonight I updated my software to v6.0.0.526 and when I started back up my wallpaper was back at default and my media was wiped. I can't find my pictures and I also can't identify them in my device backup.
