Since I did the facebook upgrade I can't save nothing on my calendar. If I put an appoitement for exemple it save then as soon as open facebook and close it everything is lost

One day my bb was just restarting in a loop so I had to wipe the phone using a desktop after that im not able to sync my facebook with the bb calendar but I'm not able do that, I'm not able to see any birthdays or any upcoming events. View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a torch 9800 and after upgrading my calendars no longer sync. I have one calendar that syncs through google sync and another that syncs through my business account (also a google account through a university). I've checked both calendars on google and they're syncing from my computers to the gmail accounts just fine. They're just not syncing from gmail to the blackberry.
I tried downgrading my blackberry to the lowest version of 6.0, but that didnt fix it. I also tried several soft resets.
after OS upgrade only 2 of my 3 calendar profiles have entries...the 3rd profile exists but there are no entries history or future...since I had backed up prior to system update tried to restore, still no entries....this is my most used profile too so I am lost without it!
View 1 Replies View RelatedAm facing a peculiar problem with my Blackberry Calendars.A brief background of the situation : I have 3 email ids synced to my Blackberry Bold 9000 (OS 5.0.0.681). However, none of the emails have any calendars associated with them. I sync my Address Book & Calendar entries through Outlook 2010. At this stage, there are 197 entries in the Calendar, all marked in Blue. Default Services does not show an CICAL option. Neither is there any CICAL in the Service Book.When I install the Facebook app (1.8 or above), all calendar entries get marked in Red and named as Facebook. Default Services starts showing a CICAL option with only one entry "Facebook". A Facebook CICAL is added to the Service Book. There is no option or entry for any other Calendar.
The problem is that all the entries under Facebook are the same 197 as the Outlook entries. No entries from my Facebook account are added to the device. So it is as if the Outlook Calendar has been renamed as Facebook Calendar without any Facebook entries being added to the database. The entries are not duplicated under Facebook. Just that original Outlook Calendar has now become the Facebook Calendar.I would like to have both these Calendar entries (Outlook & Facebook) on the device as many of my business associates / clients etc are on my Facebook profile and i would like some reminder of their bdays etc too.Things that I have tried so far to rectify this are as follows. Each process has been repeated multiple times with no change in results:
1) Re-set up the Facebook Calendar Entries association in the Facebook App > Options
2) Deleted Facebook CICAL from Service Book and then re-associated the App as above
3) Re-installed the Facebook app after deleting the Facebook CICAL.
I have facebook App installed on my lumia 1320, but my lumia 1320's calendar is not synchronized with facebook calendar. Hence I am not able to see Facebook calender's birthday on my lumia calendar.

It seems the newest update cleared all the saved appointments on my calendar and when I try to readd them it says they're saved but they are not. I don't know which calendar this is. When I have appointments that run on the same day each week but then finishes at a certain time of the year the calendar won't save them. I keep getting a message saying something along the lines of the appointment being too long for the time given.
example. My daughter goes to gymnastics every monday between 4pm - 6pm. She started in August and the course finishes in october.I can add the appointment to the calendar, put how long the appt is for and say it's every monday. Then I cahnge the dates to the date the appt started (august) to the date it ends (october) and it won't save it. I had a blackberry before my nokia (yuck horrid thing) and could do it no problem with that and I don't see why the nokia can't do the same.
Am I doing something wrong? I've ended up just adding the appt from August saying every monday for specified length of time but it runs way over as I've put every monday so no end date. This means I'll have to delete it when the time s up and start again when the new dates happen. It's all well and fine to just delete the ones she is on holiday from but I never know when the next course starts back until near the end and I am a busy woman so need to know what's happening when etc in my life.
When I + New Event in my Agenda in Calender the New Event Tableau do appear but after having filled in the relevant field and upon saving the event, the phone says "creating new event" but this not recorded and not see under the heading agenda meaning that it was not created.

After updated my Nokia N8 to Symbian Belle my calendar doesn't work. It is possible to save posts, but after closing the calendar and reopening, all the information is lost and the calendar is totally empty.

View 1 Replies View RelatedUsing my Blackberry Curve 8530 with OS 5, I can't download the new Facebook from App world. I recently had Facebook but had uninstalled it. It no longer appears anywhere on the device and in fact is not showing up in App world either.
Each time I try to install the new version, it downloads 105 Kb and then prompts me "Application "Facebook" already exists. Replace version 1.9.0.28 with version 2.0.0.37"
If I hit yes, it pauses for about 30 seconds, then indicates there was a problem with the installation and that "Blackberry App World is having trouble connecting to the Blackberr App World server. Verify your network connections and try again".
I have been able to install and uninstall any other program from App world, so of course that can't be valid.
How I can sync my BB Torch calendar on to my Micrsoft calendar on my PC - which in turn I want to sync onto my iPad2. I am having problems trying to change the CICAL of the calendar to default on my BB. For some reason when I put in a calendar entry on my BB it has my e-mail on the top, which I don't want.
