Not sure why but I can login on my computer but when I try to get into facebook t is asking for me email and password. When I try it I get I get a message ( You have entered an incorrect Email/Password combination)
The email has been verified online and its the same password I have been using to login to the website with. Nothing has changed.
I am try to add my gmaill account to my Torch 9800 but keep getting a message "Invalid email address or password. Verify your email address and password.If error persists, contact gmail.com."

It brings up my e-mail address automaticaly and when I type in a password it says "unable to validate the email address and password combination". It then gives me the option to try to recover my password and the response I get is "Blackberry App World is having trouble connecting to the Blackberry App World server. Verify your network connections and try again". I have been getting this message for weeks. My connection is fine I receive emails every day and I have no problems connecting to the internet.

I set up a new email address on the server and deleted the old account from my handset.Problem is, I now cannot get the new address to work!!I just get a message saying 'Invalid email address or password...'None of the email addresses on my hosting server will work, I have tried existing addresses, new addresses, resetting passwords, sending service books, re-registering device on network, downgrading devive software, data-wiping, upgrading the devic software... the list goes on!I have contacted my hosting provider and they have confirmed that everything is ok at their end.

I received message saying I needed to validate my email address and password because I am no longer receiving emails to my phone. I tried to log in and the username and password don't work. I've had my Curve BB for over a month with little to no problems (it stopped 'pushing' to my custom email a couple weeks ago, but I researched and resent the service books, etc. and it worked fine after that). Now, however, it has dropped/removed my two custom email icons. Poof. Gone. One minute they were there, the next, gone. I've already checked to make sure they weren't hidden. They're not. I went into email setting again and it no longer even showed them as having been set up - one of them being my home email that is pushed to my BB and the second being my BB email itself.
Can anyone help me with facebook? I downloaded facebook version 1.7 for my BB Bold. couldn't get it to work.. it won't recognize my email and password... it keeps on saying " connection error, service data missing unavailable" can someone enlighten me on this matter? what am i missing? i'm using wifi connection to access facebook.

However, when I recieved the new phone I found I was unable to add my email address, or any other address for that matter, to the phone so I am now unable to actually recieve any emails whatsoever. When I attempt to do so, I get this message "Unable to log in. Please check your information and try again". I looked on the Blackberry support video for this and I'm missing about 3 or 4 screens out of the setup process. Rather than go from Create or add email address to agreeing terms, mine goes directly to asking for a user name and password and whilst I have a user name and password with Blackberry these don't work, despite being able to log in online with this same info. I've tried restarting the phone to see if this is a glitch but the problem remains.
