My phone browser not accepting Facebook username and password and working in facebook app but not in browser. I cleared the cache and history too. Whenever i write username and password and log in it doesnt log in and comes in log in page again...

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a BB 8530 on MetroPCS (CDMA) network. I saw thier was some updates for BB protect and a bunch of other apps so i updated them. After the reboot, it asked me for my keypad lock pass and upon entering it, it would not accept it. I know that what i am entering is correct as i entered it prior to the reboot.
i have tried diffrent variations of it with CAPs and symbols corresponding to the keys i KNOW are my pass but still no use. I am on 9/10.
I have logged in to my BB Protect online and tried to change the pass from thier but it keeps saying the current password is wrong which is impossible. Is there some deafult password it reverted to that i can try. I have tried everything.
I am attempting to log into Blackberry ID login but have completley forgoten the details and unable to delete..

I then log on to my email through a computer and have zero issues. So it makes me think it's either a problem with my phone, or with Yahoo. I recently backed up my phone on my computer and ever since I did, it's like all of my personal settings were deleted as well. For instance, I had to fix my all of my profiles sounds after backing up, and I went to my Blackberry Appworld, scrolled over to My Appworld and it says 'no downloads' and I have downloaded a lot of applications. That's not really a problem for me, as long as I get messages when updates come out for the apps...? Now, I am trying to setup another email address and when going to 'email setup wizard', I am being prompted for a Username and Password. I don't remember ever making a username or password for email setup, but was able to firgure out I could put my PIN in for my password to be sent, which it was. BUT I still do not know what my username is, and I've tried my email addresses with and without what's after the @ and still no luck.

First, I couldn't remember my username/password combination for BIS. I rang my service provider several times and was told that it was nothing to do with them and that only Blackberry could sort out the situation. Well eventually I managed to get in to my email settings and set up two email accounts, however there was still one more I wanted to set up, but when I tried to log in again it wouldn't work! My only problem is that I don't have an option that says 'Add account.' Here are the steps I've followed:
1) Go to Email Setup
2) Choose 'I want to create or add an email address.
3) Click next
4)Click next again
5)Then, I get a message which says 'Existing Users, to log in, please provide your username and password.'
I don't have an option to add an account. When I put in my username and password into the fields, I get a message saying please enter a valid username. (My service provider already set up my Gmail, and couldn't add the other one. I told him I'd figure it out)
After two years of no problems, suddenly my PK is not accepting my access password.In fact it displays the actual characters rather than " * " .I have 3 tries left. The phone is now asking for my g-mail account and password. I tried entering the information requested, but it kept saying incorrect login/pass.
