My phone is not accepting my password and asks me to enter "blackberry" to continue.I am at my last attempt and tried to remove the battery as well as the SIM card.Is there a way to save my data? i didnt do a back up and regret it .

After two years of no problems, suddenly my PK is not accepting my access password.In fact it displays the actual characters rather than " * " .I have 3 tries left. I have read several threads and have learned that after 10 attempts - everything in PK is erased.This is not a matter of a forgotten password, but something else.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a BB 8530 on MetroPCS (CDMA) network. I saw thier was some updates for BB protect and a bunch of other apps so i updated them. After the reboot, it asked me for my keypad lock pass and upon entering it, it would not accept it. I know that what i am entering is correct as i entered it prior to the reboot.
i have tried diffrent variations of it with CAPs and symbols corresponding to the keys i KNOW are my pass but still no use. I am on 9/10.
I have logged in to my BB Protect online and tried to change the pass from thier but it keeps saying the current password is wrong which is impossible. Is there some deafult password it reverted to that i can try. I have tried everything.
I've got a problem with my Xperia X10. The kids got ahold of my phone and tried my password too many times eventually locking it out for too many attempts. The phone is now asking for my g-mail account and password. I tried entering the information requested, but it kept saying incorrect login/pass. I successfully went through the steps in g-mail for password reset, but the phone still is not taking the updated (correct) information. Is there any kind of a reset available for this phone? I can't make it past that g-mail account login screen.

i accepted a bbm request through the notification window but now it's still there. in the actu bbm app itself, it's been accepted and she's now a contact. but in the notifications it acts as if i haven't replied. i tried accepting it several times, declining, ignoring all after i'd accepted it once and it won't go away.

I initially keyed-in the password that I inputted to the device when I got surprised that it prompted an error message (I remember my password really well and normally do not have problems with this.). Thinking that since I am syncing my phone device to my PC, it might be prompting for my PC password (as opposed to my phone password), so I also tried my PC password, again an "Incorrect Password" message. Thinking it might be some default password, I also tried 1234 and 12345 and still both failed! Now, I am down to my last try (4/5 tries already), or else "All information will be erased".Is the password being prompted my ORIGINAL phone password? Does syncing the phone with the PC "change" the password of my device to that of my PC? Also, since my password includes numerals, I am now suspecting that I may not have pressed the Alt Key hard enough to properly register the numerals? Although in the past, I didn't really encounter a similar problem keying-in my password that's why all this is a surprise for me.I am tempted to use the touch screen qwerty for my last try to ensure that I am typing in the right password, inclusive of the numerals. I just need a reassurance that the phone password is the same, and that syncing the devise did not change it.

This resulted in me no longer receiving emails to my blackberry because, as you would imagine, it didn't have the correct password stored.The issue I am having is that my Blackberry ID is continually rejecting my password despite it definitely being correct and so I am unable to change the blackberry's registered password for my email account.I have tried everything I can possibly think of to fix this including full reboots (taking the sim and battery out) etc but still can't seem to fix this.Is there a way for me to update this information online somewhere to save me the hassle of fixing the blackberry? View 1 Replies View RelatedThe other I got the popup for the AT&T Lollipop update, and since my G3 is rooted simply dismissed it and submitted a tip to AC. Since then it popped up again yesterday and I had to actually force stop the update service to get rid of it.
Last night I rebooted my phone before going to bed and this morning I woke up to find my phone is updated to 5.0.1. How could this happen? First, how can the OTA happen on a rooted phone, and second, how can it happen completely unattended!
I'm really ticked now. I had no intention of upgrading since my G3 was tweaked to perfection, running as smooth as silk and doing everything I wanted the way I wanted! I thought a rooted phone couldn't even take an OTA. I checked and of course SuperSU says there is no SU binary installed. And yes, I'm positive I was rooted! I don't get it.
I have only had this phone for 7 months and now when I try to connect via USB, my computer does not recognize it at all when I open PC Suite or Ovi. I've tried choosing both PC Suite and Mass Storage options when connecting. Neither has worked. I even switched USB cables to see if there was an issue with my original one and this has failed as well.

i just got an iphone 4 The iphone was restored to factory settings so it would be new for me. I set up my iphone and put sim in it. The diplay on the iphone says that there is no service. I have no idea how to fix this i have tried two different sims, toggling the airport button, restoring it, turning it on and off. i have no idea how to fix this. i have done nothing to the phone but turn it on, restore it and update it. I dont understand why it doesnt work considering it was working a week ago. I have updated the software to 5.1.1 and still nothing. I have no idea what to do considering i have tried everything and i really dont want to go all the way to the apple store which is really far way.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI am seeing a problem when accepting Meeting Invitations on my iPhone or vice versa on my iPad.I get a meeting invitation on both devices.If I accept them on my iPhone they still show on my iPad as I have not accepted them yet.This can go in the other direction too.if I accepted them on my iPad first and they still show as not accepted on my iPhone.But, the weird thing is on the device I just accepted them on and in my Outlook calendar on my desktop they show up correctly (just not on the second device).
The other funny and weird part is if I go to accept them after the first time on say my iPhone (so, now I go to accept them on the iPad because they still show as not accepted on this device) and now I accept them on the iPad it will accept them.now the meeting invitations are sent back to my iPhone as not accepted. I can keep going back and forth with this. If I go back to my iPhone to accept them, then they show back up on my iPad (with red circle notification of x number over calendar app) as not accepted or like they are new invitations. So, I can can going back and forth with this and one device will always show that I have meeting invitations waiting to be accepted when I have already accepted them on one device.p.s. I have the latest iOS software on my iPhone 4 and iPad 2. This happened with 4.x iOS software too.

My iPhone 5 is 2 years old. I never recharge unless it's less than 50%. I've had no problems until a month or so ago. Now when I plug it in, there is no green battery ding or no green battery showing it's accepting a charge. Could it be the charge attachment line? Sometimes I take it out and turn it over and try it again and sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn't. If I keep playing with it long enough so far I've been able to get it to start charging.

I am using iphone 5s for almost half a year. By far it has provided me very good user experience.
But there is an issue which i feel is important to be catered to.Â
Whenever i receive a call, in the display at times i don't get the reject call option, instead a slider is provided only to accept the calls.
At other times there are two buttons for accepting and rejecting.
I would like to know what can be done to get uniformity in this case.
