I would like to add an e-mail address to be pushed to my BB but in order to do this you are required to enter a username and a password on the e-mail set-up. I have tried so many different combinations and am unsure what either of them are. Is there a way to retrieve them?

What can she do to get her login details back so she can fix her phone?
