Recently my mum's iPhone 5 stopped working and she tried to take it back to Apple for repair but they said they couldn't fix it until she gave them her login details however she has forgotten everything but still remembers the security questions. What can she do to get her login details back so she can fix her phone? I was thinking we go to the Apple Store and give them some details about the account such as the address used, security questions and date of birth used on the account but i'm not sure if that works.
