Sep 18, 2011I would like to add an e-mail address to be pushed to my BB but in order to do this you are required to enter a username and a password on the e-mail set-up. I have tried so many different combinations and am unsure what either of them are. Is there a way to retrieve them?

Sep 9, 2014Recently my mum's iPhone 5 stopped working and she tried to take it back to Apple for repair but they said they couldn't fix it until she gave them her login details however she has forgotten everything but still remembers the security questions. What can she do to get her login details back so she can fix her phone? I was thinking we go to the Apple Store and give them some details about the account such as the address used, security questions and date of birth used on the account but i'm not sure if that works. Is it possible?

I never needed them in the past whenever adding or removing email account, therefore, I never memorized or wrote them down.I am totally out from eamil settings becuase I forgot my internet mail account user name & password.

Oct 26, 2012I have e-mail set up on my phone. I want to add another but this time it asks me for my username and password to access the setup. I've tried every combination i can think of with no joy. Spoke to my provider (O2) and they say this is a Blackberry UN & PW. tried my blackberry id and every other combination but still can't get in. Where did this username and password come from? Are they something sent to me by blackberry, or are they my own creation?
