Aug 8, 2011When i'm using the browser the Blackberry Logo Button doesn't seem to work. If I hold it I can switch programs but it wont open the menu where the options are. Aug 22, 2010Just typed a whole msge, then think I deleted it by pressing the back button by mistake, so apologies if this has gone out twice! I've had my 'curve 8900', 4 over a yr now & never had any major probs until now. I updated my phone about 3 mths ago, but as I had bn using my (dare I say) iTouch, I hadn't used my web browser. anyhow, whilst out one day, I had 2 use my BB as my itouch doesn't have 3G & my phone froze after clicking on the browser button & a strange msge came up which said "Uncaught exception: java.lang.illegalArgumentException" . I then had 2 do a battery pull 4 my phone 2 work again. I tried again at home, but same problem occurred. I backed up & updated my phone less than a wk ago, hoping this would fix it, but the same problem keeps re-occurring. I've searched the forums 4 about 90 mins, but haven't come across this same msge with any other user.

Feb 6, 2012when i clicked on pictures on www.facebook.com on my browser they would open normal size, big enough for me to see but now when i click on them they come up small and difficult to see. If i try and zoom in they go fuzzy so thats no good. Also if i try save it they save small so i cant see them better that way. This happend suddenly and i have no idea how to fix it.

Sep 9, 2010I have a blackberry curve the 8500 series. And I use it for just about everything. The only problem I have is that I cant view my bank account on the browser. I am can get to the loggin screen and after I put my info in and press ok it goes to a white screen and says at the top "dual authentication".
The phone is not frozen it just wont load up my bank account. I know my bank account works on mobile devices because before I got my bb I had a phone that it worked on and my boyfriends phone lets me do it too. I know a bb can do just about everything so I am guessing there is a setting I have to change.

Mar 31, 2010I'm unable to read individual emails when using the Outlook Web Access site in the internet browser window.I am using this to check work email and would rather do it this way (over the internet) than using the e-mail client that is part of the device. I'm able to log-in to my inbox and see everything I should see, however when I try clicking on an individual email to read it, nothing happens. I've tried clicking on the sender's name, the subject line and everything else on the line for that email. When I do that nothing happens.Am I doing this wrong? Is there somewhere else I'm suppose to click? Is there possibly some setting that needs to be turned on or maybe one that is on that should be unchecked?Any help would really, really be appreciated.

Jan 29, 2010I had downloaded Opera mini 4.2 and iheartradio and slacker radio and they all worked perfect for the past 3 days and then all of a sudden they do not work. I get timed out of logins and even google maps app on my phone wont connect. The only app that will connect to the internet is the BB browser (the one that looks like a globe with halo around it). There are no other apps running causing a clog up. There is 6.8GB open in memory, so im stumped????? Someone please help me Im racking my brain trying to figure out what would cause this. The last time it worked was in the morning listening to slacker, then went to lunch tried to get on Opera wouldn't connect, so i got on BB browser, from then on it wont connect with any other app.

I've been using a Curve 8520 for nearly a year now, and have absolutely no problems with it (other than the trackpad not working from time to time). A couple days ago, someone gifted me a Curve 3G 9300, so I transferred all my data over and got it started. As working on social networks is part of my job, the first thing I did is download the Facebook and Twitter apps. Problem is neither of them work. The apps tell me I need a data plan for them to work. I've seen this issue across various boards, but everyone that had it actually didn't have a data plan; I do.
