recover data that did not back-up when I connected my BB Bold but updated software to the recommended 6.0. Admittedly, it was my first time trying to back-up data in over a year so I think the computer OS MAC perceived it as a first time connection?

Unfortunately I do not have a backup and I lost all my contacts and media files. Is there a way to rollback knowing that I did previously an upgrade for the software version over the air, so probably my data is stored somewhere on RIM servers.

My bb device refuse to update. My current device software version is 5.0.0.321 and BB desktop software version is updated to last version. the problem is when I connect my mobile to the PC and desktop software running and I choose update my device a window come up and said there are no BB device software updates available. I also tried to use wireless update and it was useless it doesnt work with me neither.

"reconnect your old device".
Phone worked great for a week, then I installed the BBDM software and attempted to install a new app and It starts the process but at the end says it cannot connect to the device. It prompted me for the blackberry password on my computer. I entered my CORRECT!!! Password numerous times until it said one last attempt or all memory will be erase.. Being that the CORRECT password was not working I went to the password options on my bold and disabled the password.. As I attempted this a prompt showed up and said type in "blackberry" so I did then it said type in password, I typed in the correct password once again then it started wiping my phone.This is extremely frustrating I have... Well had =[... A lot of stuff on my phone and now it is all gone! And to top it all off it will not start up again, it says "reload software:513"I don't understand why this happened and I found several other people on online forums who have had the same problem with no solution.Please help!
