I have bookmarked several internet sites and placed the icons and placed them on my home screen. The only thing is that the bookmark icons all look the same. Is there any way to identify these icons?
View 2 RepliesMy Ovi Store app was on my menu screen, but when I updated it, it disappeared and it was placed in the folder "Collection". So I'm wondering, is it posibble to put the Ovi Store icon back on the menu screen again?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm working on rolling my own MDM service, and I'm trying to combine the SCEP and MDM payloads as the MDM protocol document from Apple suggests. I created my own SCEP web service in C# .Net and I know that the device can get a valid certificate when I just send the SCEP payload. However when I also include an MDM payload that points to the SCEP payload's UUID via the IdentityCertificateUUID key, I get the following error, "The enrollment server did not provision a valid identity certificate." This configuration is the one that is sent after the user chooses to install the initial enrollment configuration (step 1 of phase 2 in this diagram).The device doesn't appear to even make an attempt at connecting to my server, and thanks to server side logging I know that it never reaches my SCEP web service page. This seems to indicate that there's something wrong with the certificate I use to sign the payload. I've separately tried signing it with my SSL certificate (from a pre trusted root authority), my customer MDM push certificate (chained from our vendor cert), and my self-signed root certificate authority certificate (created via makecert.exe) that the SCEP service uses to issue new certificates (i.e. device identity certificates).I've looked at the output from the iPCU (iPhone Configuration Utility) when I create a profile with both the MDM and SCEP payloads, and it isn't a valid profile (I've even tried copying it nearly wholesale). However when I install the profile via the iPCU the error doesn't come up and it begins the SCEP enrollment process without issue.A side note - using a preexisting MDM vendor is not an option here.Below is the profile I'm using:

View 5 Replies View RelatedI'm using an iPhone 4 with the 5.1 iOS. I downloaded an app for LG which turned out to be just a Safari bookmark with an app icon. It looks like a regular app but when you click it - Safari opens and it takes you to the LG webpage. Now I want to get rid of it and I can't. It doesn't appear in the list of apps in iTunes in the Sync Apps area, although it does show up on the phone and in the phone panel in iTunes. When I click on the app icon in itunes (in the phone panel) - it highlights it, but there's no X, and right-clicking doesn't do anything and pressing doesn't do anything either. It does not appear in my list of bookmarks in Safari either.

After upgrading to Gingerbread I have a bookmark that I cannot delete. It is not on of the Verizon bookmarks etc etc, it is one of a site I visited. It is the following...

The bookmark has a little lock near the title... when I long press on the bookmark I do get the "delete" choice, which I of course choose. But the gookmark is still there.
After installing the bookmarks app, I logged in with my Google account email address and password. Then, I saw a prompt to "Sync" and I clicked on it.After that, I expected to be able to access my bookmarks, but each search comes up with a blank page. What have I missed?

Dolphin will sync to google but as far as I can tell this only let's you save to google, there does not seem to be a mechanism to "path" Dolphin out to Dropbox. Just updated to 3.1 and noticed that the bookmark widget on my home page is now missing the other folders link. Have removed and recreated the widget and rebooted xoom but problem persists.

I plan to back up these files nightly.If not all possible, at least let me know the contact and bookmark folders. These folders are important to me for my nightly backup.

The "delete" and "edit" options don't exist on this one. Auto-bookmarks are off in the settings.
