BB Torch :: Caller Identity Blocked
Sep 16, 2011My cellular network has advised me to change the setting on my Torch as I am already being billed for caller identity . I cannot find this function on the torch.

IPhone :: Unblock Already Blocked Caller ID On 4S
Jun 26, 2012I successfully blocked my caller ID when I received my phone (in phone>settings) but now that option entirely disappeared. What is there to do without completely resetting my phone? At one point I asked Sprint to unlock my phone and I was able to use it outside of the US. Now it's back to the US SIM and everything is fine except that the caller ID blocking/unblocking option disappeared.

Blocked Caller Still Ringing Through IPhone 5s?
Aug 28, 2014For the past year or so, I've "curated" a contact called "Spammers", adding 15 phone numbers and an email address for annoying bot dialers and text message spammers. The contact is Blocked. But for some reason, their calls are still coming through and ringing my phone. I've tried unblocking the contact and re-blocking it, to no avail.

Dec 28, 2011I just bough the Torch 9860 and already replaced another one for the same problem, and since this second have the same problem, I think it is a general problem. Well the thing is that while the phone is in 3G coverage, it sometimes goes to like a "blocked" state. By this, I mean that the phone states as connected to the network and with full signal, but call wouldn't go out nor in, data is also not available, and the most important thing is that the phone doesn't show any signs of disconnection nor anything problem alike. Up until now, I have only seen this happening while in 3G coverage, and when this problem occurs, I switch the phone to 2G only and starts working fine again.

Sep 21, 2011While attempting to download updates after entering my user name and password I get this message. "Your BlackBerry ID will blocked for 0 minutes for security reasons. You will not be able to login or request your password until that time has expired." The time never expires which leaves me not being able to download anything. I have tried changing my password which doesn't solve the problem.

Jul 18, 2011I downloaded the latest update for the Blackberry Torch (6.0) and I cannot charge my phone. I have tried to charge via a USB port and several wall outlets. I have removed the battery (following possible solutions found on this forum) - while the phone is on, with it turned off, and while it was plugged into a wall socket. It displays the charging icon for a few moments and then stops charging. Also, my phone does not always show the caller ID of an incoming call. I have edited my contacts list on several occasions to have each contact saved as +11234567 and 1234567. I have reformatted the phone twice since purchasing. I was so excited about this phone when it came out, bought it shortly after release.

Nov 9, 2012I cannot hear callers on handset device and must turn on speaker to communicate.So privacy is compromised whenever I need to talk on the phone, as it will be on speaker mode.
I had tried all the following and nothing works:

Jan 4, 2012I have a Torch 9800 and on Saturday while uninstalling the true caller app that I thought was the reason for the slow response I was getting from my phone, it began restarting itself and eventually gave me a JVM 545 error - reset and it went off completely. It is has not responded to anything even charging. I have even tried the Blackberry Desktop Software and still no response.
