BB Torch :: Where To Find Devices Bookmark Files That Have For Browser
Jan 24, 2011
Does anyone know where to find the devices bookmark files that I have for the browser? I have conneced the device to my computer via usb and I'm looking through all the files via file explorer?
How to sync bookmarks to a dropbox folder?I've got this set up with IE for my PC desktops but can't seem to figure this out for Dolphin. Dolphin will sync to google but as far as I can tell this only let's you save to google, there does not seem to be a mechanism to "path" Dolphin out to Dropbox. I'm tired of having two "worlds" for web favorites.
I have been using the preinstalled bookmark for mobile facebook (not the app) and have noticed that the zoom buttons are no longer there, I have been using them up till now.
I can no longer save a website to my bookmarks. I get a message that the browser has stopped. Cleared browser cache and history. Still no good. Its with any website too,not just certain ones.
Is there a way when viewing bookmarks in the list mode of the stock photon browser to sort them alphbeticaly. I'm not sure what order they sort in but it's not alphabetical. The default sort makes things hard to find at least for me.
sent an off market file to my phone via bluetooth which did not install because i had not unchecked the 'install off market' applications.after that i now cant find the files location to install it.
i used to have an iPhone 4 and had synced it to my iTunes. i then sold it and got an iPhone 4s. i want to find my old messages from my iPhone 4 on my backup files but can't seem to find them.
I have been an apple user for many years and recently had a disturbing occurrence. I stopped receiving some of my texts messages for the past month or so and when I searched all of the devices in my household, I was shocked to find that my daughter's iPhone was receiving them because the senders were using iMessage (which I don't use). I was able to repair that situation but my bigger question is whether I can find a list of all devices using my account info to log into iMessage and remove them so that I receive every text sent to my iPhone.
I discovered that my curve 8520's bluetooth can find other devices like nokia, samsung, etc that have bluetooth too when they are ON but does not pair with them therefore could not receive or transfer file with other phones. How should I go about it.
I wonder why is it that I can't receive files from other devices thru bluetooth, though I already updated it to 2.1 and my bluetooth is already switched on. What should I do? Is it really like that? Do I need to download other stuffs first before I'll be able to receive datas such as pictures, songs, etc.?
When I had my 8310 curve there were a crapload of options in the brower settings and one of them was to select which type of brower it viewed the webpage as, (blackberry, IE, etc.)
anyways, I'd like to know if this option still exists, because I'm trying to access a mobile website but its coming up as the full website. When I tried putting an m. in front of the website it didnt work so I'm not sure how to access it.
I just bought a 5530 & mostly it works as intended. But I am having a problem trying to connect to a lot of websites, using wi-fi, not mobile phone network.I am on my home wi-fi connection, playing alongside my PC, which allows me to compare simultaneously. My usual method of finding sites for the first time is to Google the name, then click on the best link, then bookmark for later. (This is my normal PC approach.) Mostly that works, but I find with the Nokia that many sites do not connect. One example is "travelodge.com" If I Google that, I see a first hit with green address "www.travelodge.com/PHONE SYMBOL." Clicking on that link gets me nowhere, except a time-out message. I tried entering the address "http://www.travelodge.com/" directly, but get the same result.
The next hit down on the Google page is "travelodge.co.uk" with a green address "www.travelodge.co.uk/" Clicking on that link gets me right to that site OK, like many other sites.Other sites which similarly will not connect are "super8.com" & "ramada.com". It sems that when the Google hit shows a PHONE SYMBOL in the address then I can't get there, whether I try via Google or directly.
Whenever I try to save a downloaded file that has more than one period the version 6.0.0 Browser truncates the rest of the name between the first period and the last. I would like to be able to download the file retaining the original name by default, but also choose a new name (including new extension).
For example. Filename on web: "01. cool song.mp3" Current behaviour: Browser tries to save as: 01.mp3, but I can tediously type to rename it properly.
Desired behaviour: Browser tries to save as: "01. cool song.mp3", and I can tediously rename it to "123. Something.xyz"
Does anyone know if it's possible to access files on my memory card with the LG Xenon browser ?Say I want to put html files for offline browsing, is it possible ?
I'm using the NMT basically just for browsing my cell memory and moving files. I own a C6-01 running belle and my mac is running 10.6.8 Snow Leopard. Now, when i click on the Device browser, even after cleaning all NMT files and settings, the program starts caching all the files on memory, but the browser never shows up, even after the caching is over.
Any plans for supporting mac related nokia software? Been using the Nokia Suite on PC for updating to belle (not my pc though) and i find it really good. The plan for something similar fo mac has been definitely dropped, right?
I have been wondering why does Nokia Asha devices not have a LED Torch light its an essential feature where most budget phone users find very useful at times when we need to search for something in the dark as well for photos. I myself have 2 Phones 1 smartphone and 1 Asha for backup. Asha 200 is 1 of the best out there in terms of function amd durabillity andBest battery life to adding an LED Torch on future Asha Devices
I wanna know how can i access a music file downloaded in uc browser, every time i have to go to uc browser and pay it from there, i want to copy it to my music to i can play it from there.
Whenever I attempt to download a file through the stock web browser (i.e. an .iso file, .nzb file) which is not compatible with the bundled office suite, I often find that my download either fails or is somehow corrupted. The problem is solved by installing a third party bloatware browser (i.e. firefox) to download files with.
