Is there a way when viewing bookmarks in the list mode of the stock photon browser to sort them alphbeticaly. I'm not sure what order they sort in but it's not alphabetical. The default sort makes things hard to find at least for me.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI create a folder on my laptop an paste 50 photos in it. Then, I rename all photos with numbers 000-050. On my Windows laptop, the photos are sorted correctly (001, 002, 003, ... 049, 050).
However, after copying the entire folder to my 1020, some of the photos are not sorted correctly anymore. A few of them appear somewhere in the middle of my album (folder). The problem is on the phone only.When I connect the phone with my laptop, the photos in the folder (on the laptop) is shown correctly.
Had some issues with the Dock icons at the bottom of the screen. Tried to solve the issue with Go Launcher EX. I want to return to the original Photon Launcher and get rid of Go Launcher EX. Go Launcher EX took over without asking if I wanted to use it over my stock launcher. Now this Go Launcher EX is a non-removable program.

Dolphin will sync to google but as far as I can tell this only let's you save to google, there does not seem to be a mechanism to "path" Dolphin out to Dropbox. I'm tired of having two "worlds" for web favorites.

View 15 Replies View RelatedNo matter if I've just rebooted my xoom or if It's been on for a while, whenever I decide to suft the web using the stock browser I have the ability to for maybe 5-10 minutes and then it will just randomly crash and I have to open it again. I'm not doing anything that could be considered memory or processor intensive.

The stock browser User Agent is still accessible through about:debug but most sites are still redirected to a mobile version even when "Desktop" is selected. my favorite browser wont deliver a non-mobile view unless you select the UA as I-Pad. View 3 Replies View RelatedOne of the main reasons I like the physical keyboard is the use of keyboard shortcuts. I noticed that two shortcuts conflict with each other in the stock browser. In a form field of a website, when I press the menu + v combination to paste text, it activates the "save pages" command instead. If you press menu -> more, there is a "save pages" option. Below that text it says "menu + v" which is the same shortcut for paste. However, when in text fields that are part of the browser app (ie. location bar and adding a bookmark) the paste shortcut works. It would be great if the "save pages" shortcut was changed to something else so I could paste text using the keyboard command.

Now the selection popup window does not come at all...and the screen goes about 50% dark and when touched anywhere on the screen ...it comes to normal brightness...
I have a page on my browser that I want to delete. Somebody I was showing this phone to thought they would be funny and went to a site on my phone that is offensive. That page can't be deleted from my phone. I have gone through the history and bookmarks yet I can't get a delete for this one page. All that comes up is the add book mark (and this add sign stays on the picture in my bookmarks) and it won't allow me to change the bookmark to a page I want. I've been trying for three weeks to get rid of this page and I can't.

For example the page will load 25-50%(according to the status bar) and then freeze and then fully load in one burst. I am updated to the latest software 45.2.7. The bookmark has a little lock near the title... when I long press on the bookmark I do get the "delete" choice, which I of course choose. But the gookmark is still there.
After installing the bookmarks app, I logged in with my Google account email address and password. Then, I saw a prompt to "Sync" and I clicked on it.After that, I expected to be able to access my bookmarks, but each search comes up with a blank page. What have I missed?

All of a sudden videos in the stock browser and the Facebook app won't play anymore. In the FB app it just gives a warning that the video could not be played. In the browser when I tap on the play button it just goes straight to the collage of videos like the end of youtube videos.
