My Ovi Store app was on my menu screen, but when I updated it, it disappeared and it was placed in the folder "Collection". So I'm wondering, is it posibble to put the Ovi Store icon back on the menu screen again?

I am change the menu to my phone to a left hand side bar, which I found very usefull, especially it gave me an extra icon than when the icon bar is on the top. I can change the shortcut from the menu fast enough, but can't change the icons under. Any body know the settings for it in the phone ? I tried to look in the profile etc.... can't see it.

The thing is that unninstalling some apps from the phone leaves me gaps in the menu... I've got pages of the downer menu with only six icons, when the space allows 9. How can i re-arrange the icons to put them in order?? Is there an option in the phone as it comes, or do I have to download an app from the market?

The service provider is Sprint. I have noticed that there are some apps/icons missing from the menu. Most importantly there is no web/internet icon/app and no BlackBerry app world icon/app. There are also others missing, Pandora, Sprint Nav, Sprint TV and a few others. These I am pretty sure I can download for free, but what about the web and app world? Why are they missing? Is it because the phone is not activated yet?

When I got it the main menu was there and I was able to switch between personal and professional Modi.Then I restored contacts etc from a backup from when it ran 071.014.Now it is impossible to switch btw. pers. and prof. modi. Even when I click the prof. modi it stays "personal".furthermore, the icons on the first page has disappeared, and it is no longer possible to add any in the modi menu, (there is no "data window" in the Program shorcuts entry, so there is no way to add entries).

I am able to pin photos but whenever it is opened, i see all the collection.
i don't want anyone who tries to access photos, it shows up the entire collection which I don't want them to see.

View 12 Replies View Relatedi have a problem with my bb bold 9780. the folders in the main manu keep changing their names from german to english (my selected language is german). e.g. the games and the application folder, the rest has still its german name. and also there appear new icons, some with a question mark in it (but on top it says sounds), some i don't know. it seems to me, that my bb kind of splits folders and than some of the icons show up in the main menu.
this started yesterday and so i updated my bb. after this everything was fine again. i deleted some of the apps that were installed with the update (Internet, myspace, ...) and after the restart there was the same problem again. i installed some new apps (slide lock, games, themes and password lock) before and some time after the problem started. i don't know if this has any to do with it.
i buy my C3-00 last year of sept...i just thought there something wrong about my sim card signal reception but it's been a while now when i noticed it.my problem is i can't open my sim menu application now whenever i wanted to inquire my load balance...unlike before.

I tried reseting my phone but the "lines" were still there. My screen starts shaking whenever I tried to use the keyboard function or it sometimes just blank out on me. Now, today, my phone just completely wouldn't cooperate with me at all...like even opening it, I would see multiple lines and the screen would shake even more to the point I can't see my main screen at all.

My game icons also disappear. This problem gets fixed if I restart my phone. But it shouldn't be happening anyway right?
