When I lunch my nokia store the screen be dark and nokiastoreclient is works in background.But store contents cannot be loaded. I tried to uninstall ovi store but I can't do it and the "removing canceled" message appears however in this case online installation is impossible.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have N97 with up-to-date firmware. I installed NM, as per instructions on email.nokia.com through the phone browser - no problems there. When I start Email application (from Menu/Applications/Menu) it goes though email setup process which ends with successful creation of an email account in Messaging folder. Once set up is completed and Email client application is run again, it goes again to email setup and does not start nokia email client.Within the whole process, there was no option to register to Nokia Messaging account.I can receive and send emails, but through basic SMS-type client. How can I get NM client running?

Sony Ericsson Satio phone (Jailbreaked), which runs exactly the same OS as the Nokia 5800, Symbian S60V5. It is such a pity that I cant find any applications for my SE ANYWHERE, so I've tried numerous versions of the Ovi Store in my phone. One of them started up, but told me "Resource not exist" when I tried clicking something, one of them didn't start at all, and most of them were unable to install.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a nokia 5800 Nav. Edition. Here is step by step issues I am facing with the phone:
1. Whenever I go to OVI Store it gives me a message saying that an Update is available and I need to install it before going forward. So when I click on Update button it takes me to several screens and finally Outpus saying that "Unable to start the operation. Installer is in use already."
2. In order to solve this issue I went through some of the discussion and found out that in order to get this problem addressed i need to follow the steps to Open the file manager and remove the Memory Card followed by Removing the Card physically.
3. This is when I realized that for some reason my memory card is stuck inside, so when I press it the dock seems to be releasing it but it refuses to come out completely.
4. Despite removing the memory card and undocking it I am still not able to apply the update to Ovi Store but this time the error message is different. Here are the steps:
a. I go to file manager and remove the memory card.
b. I undock it physically.
c. I start the Ovi Store and click on Update.
d. It goes through several screens as above and finally asks for Installation (this did not happen when Mem card was in).
e. It starts the installer but then aborts it saying "Update Error".
my mobile gives me from time to time a message that a new software update (12mb) is available but when I touch 'update' (arrow to the right), nothing happens. Is the update necessary and how can I perform it?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have bought an xperia play.. I like it a lot. The only problem is, my phone does not seem to want to let me connect to it using usb. I can plug it in and win7 recognises it (mtp mode) and I get it coming up as 'Xperia Play' in 'Devices and Printers', however Sony Ericcson PC Companion simply times out when trying to connect to the phone. Also, no notification comes up on the phone regarding USB like I have read in some of the other forum Q&A's.
A friend of mine got rid of a lot of the 'bloat' on the phone with Titanium Backup (I think it's what he used?!).. I am wondering if the 'agent' or 'service' or whatever you call it on the phone is no longer running.. Hence there is no notification on the phone when plugging it in to a PC via usb.
I am going to send it back to where I got it anyway as I have a major issue.. Calls go straight to voicemail regardless of the sim I use. I was trying to update my phone to the latest firmware to see if this problem is solved... But I can't do it. I think sending it back might be the better move. Just thought I'd mention that too in case someone knows of a reason this could be happening (no, call forwarding is not enabled).

When I press the on button the phone vibrates, the LED on the top left flashes faintly green twice, and then nothing.I can connect to PC companion, and it recognises the phone. I have even been able to do an update to the phone via the PC companion.

Once the internal storage was awfully full and came a notification that said "75% full, transfer data to sd card" tried it like always but this time it fails to start. Check credential settings."I am using Nokia C6 and before I upgraded to belle (both with symbian and anna) I was able to sync my calendar and emails.But, after the upgrade I started to get the error.Recently I purchased my N8 for my wife and I thought I should try it out again on the N8 (that does not have the belle upgrade yet). The activesync worked like a breeze.Our company certificates require user to setup the phone lock code active. I was forced to do that on N8 as soon as I setup the activesync.But with belle, if I turn the phone lock off, it doesn't even prompt me for that. Right now I have the two phones setup exactly the same (with the lock code active). The N8 connects and syncs up just fine and C6 does not.

Apart from some small bugs, like if inbox is empty you can't get to your sent folder, I can send and receive emails properly. However, I can't find a normal pop3 setting Leave mail on server. Which means it will download all new messages from the server, and nothing else.Now it more or less behaves like a mapi client and syncs against the server and removes all messages from the inbox that I have deleted from the server. But I want to have the messages on the phone until I delete them.Any email program out there that I can use on the Nokia E7 that can be used as a normal pop3 client? Apart from this email problem I would say that Nokia E7 is the best phone I have had so far. If I only could get the Nokia E7 hardware and use N900 software it would be perfect
