I am having issues with my username. I have sent the password to me but can't figure out the username. I can sign into my blackberry account on the laptop but can't on the phone.

When i go to setupemail accountsinternet mail account there is an email address I dont have access to their. All I can do is activate it but i cant since i dont have the password. How do i delete it.

From the home screen i go to setup after i tap email accounts and i can't select Internet Mail Account because it's directly Enterprise Account.
I have e-mail set up on my phone. I want to add another but this time it asks me for my username and password to access the setup. I've tried every combination i can think of with no joy. Spoke to my provider (O2) and they say this is a Blackberry UN & PW. tried my blackberry id and every other combination but still can't get in. Where did this username and password come from? Are they something sent to me by blackberry, or are they my own creation?

View 5 Replies View RelatedI recieved a Blackberry message stating I needed to enter my email password on the account which I have been using. I have followed the instruction by entering setup and clicking Email Accounts. On that screen it allows to me two options Internet Mail Account & Enterprise Account. However when I try and click the Internet Mail account nothing happens, it does not let me use this option. I have tried the Enterprise Account and it says "Status: initialzing service" but nothing is happening. (been like this for 30mins)

The button for the Internet Mail Account is froze and will not let me create email account. I have the enterprise for work and this is working fine. This started when I changed my yahoo password from my personal PC.

Since then i have not been able to get the email wizard set up to accept my password so that i can activate my personal email account. i have a data plan so that is not an issue, but everytime i try to log on i get this message "Sorry, unable to conigtue your session. The problem I have is with the 'Internet Mail Account' option within the Email Accounts in setup. When I click this option, nothing happens. The option doesn't respond to my click.
I know that I have workaround to setup email account through some links in internet and I have already setup my gmail account through the link. However, I would like to have the facility to add a new account through my mobile itself.
I suspect that the problem is due to an incorrect / failed update of 'Email Setup Application'. The version I have is 6.10.0804.1543
Is there any way to get this program updated ? or to get the 'Internet Mail Account' option working in my BB ? I am unable to delete the program through Application Management as the option of Delete is not present.

Both msn and gmail 's icon dispeared and i don't get emails pushed to my blackberry any more. I already erased both msn and gmail accounts on BB and re-setup, doesn't make a difference. the msn worked fine on my 9700 until i switch.

I am having trouble sending mail with 2 accounts. Both are get before send and there is no log in needed.Every time I blank the username feild the application repopulates it with my email address. I'm guessing that is the reason that I can get mail but not send it with these 2 accounts.

I know for a fact that the username and password are both correct because I can still access my gmail account through my computer. I have deleted the account and have tried reading the account but it will not let me.

I have multiple mailboxes. I have a yahoo and a Gmail. When I click on my gmail account it comes up saying it does not recognize my username or my password and yet it has my correct password and username. I have deleted the account and created it again to get the same messages on my iphone.

All of a sudden the phone couldn't automatically log into my yahoo email. I've changed the password and everything. Now I deleted the account from the phone and tried adding it again. It says "authentication failed, verify username and password". I'm 100% certain both are correct.
