When i go into the mail app, the message 'username or password for sky is incorrect' appears when it is not incorrect. How do i fix this?

When I try to open my Gmail on my iPhone 4, I get an error message that says Cannot Get Mail - The user name or password for "My Gmail" is incorrect. But they aren't. I have deleted the account and added it back again numerous times. This is what the support person I talked to told me to do. Sometimes I can get into my email and then all of a sudden I can't.

No matter what I do in setting up my primary account on my iphone it keeps telling me my username and/or password is incorrect. I'm 100% sure it's correct. The account was working perfectly and nothing changed. I still use the email on my desk top so I know it is valid. It may even fetch the mail occasionally.

When I click the mail icon to take me to my gmail account it says "the user name or password for gmail.com is incorrect". I know for a fact that the username and password are both correct because I can still access my gmail account through my computer. Only one of my 3 gmail accounts on my phone is acting up from time to time, saying incorrect username and/or password. I know this is false because I simply wait and the problem goes away. I have not had this problem in over 5 years! Is this a symptom of iCloud going full, taking over MobileMe? I cancelled my MM account 3 months back and have not had any problems. I have changed the password using my computer and my phone (options, device, blackberry id). I can log into my account on the Blackberry website using the updated password but when I try to activate the email account with the password it says incorrect. What can she do to get her login details back so she can fix her phone? I was thinking we go to the Apple Store and give them some details about the account such as the address used, security questions and date of birth used on the account but i'm not sure if that works.
