BB Torch :: Attempting To Update Password For An E-mail Account?

I received an e-mail to update one of my e-mail passwords. After going into "setup" , then "e-mail" the screen pops back to the main "setup" screen. When I attempt to exit the screen freezes and then I have to remove battery to reboot.
Have tried to go to the message /setup icon and clicked menu to open the Internet Mail Account ,but its not responding or opening so that I can change the password.
All of a sudden, my Alias mail account name is telling me that the password or account name is incorrect.So I go into SETTINGS as the button appears for it, and I hit it check all the settings and the settings are fine, nothing has changed. I have not had this problem in over 5 years! Is this a symptom of iCloud going full, taking over MobileMe? I cancelled my MM account 3 months back and have not had any problems. Why has this problems suddenly started appearing? I was looking at the mail in the ALIAS account from the alias account. Now I am looking at it through my main account, which is also reacting slowly due to this problem.
Have a Mac lap top, desk top, and ipad. Just got and iphone, but cannot get my mail account started on that, because for the love of all things beautiful and simple, cannot remember my email account password.
Would one of you tech savvy persons be able to direct me on how to retrieve or change my mail account password (using other) its a .mac email address.
My iPhone 4s randomly says "the ID or password for ______ mail account is incorrect. Cannot get mail." my ID and password were NOT changed and are working fine on my desktop and iPad. This has happened for a mail account at AT&T before and now today for a gmail account. Reentering the ID and password in settings doesn't solve the problem. Still can't get mail.
My wife's iPhone 4 has been attempting to send a large message via Mail for the past 3 days. I'd like to stop the message since it's clearly not going to be sent. I've tried turning the phone off and on, but to no avail. The "Edit" box in the upper right corner is unavailable.
I had two yahoo email accounts. I canceled one of them. Every time I try to delete the account from my Bravo, I get the "error occured, try again" message. I tried the "wifi hookup and restart" answer I fount on this site, but I still cannot get rid of the second email account.
When i go to setupemail accountsinternet mail account there is an email address I dont have access to their. All I can do is activate it but i cant since i dont have the password. How do i delete it.
I am having issues with my username. I have sent the password to me but can't figure out the username. I can sign into my blackberry account on the laptop but can't on the phone.
I have e-mail set up on my phone. I want to add another but this time it asks me for my username and password to access the setup. I've tried every combination i can think of with no joy. Spoke to my provider (O2) and they say this is a Blackberry UN & PW. tried my blackberry id and every other combination but still can't get in. Where did this username and password come from? Are they something sent to me by blackberry, or are they my own creation?
I received e-mail informing me that my BBID has been locked. I followed the direction successful and was told an e-mail would be sent to re-set my password, it has been four days and I have not received the reset e-mail.
I received a message "Action required - update password!" But i did not change my password. Oh well, so I'm trying to follow the directions to update my password from my computer. however, it says on the Blackberry Internet Service home page I need to click "e-mail accounts" and then edit my password. It says that "e-mail accounts" is listed on the left pane. I don't find it anywhere.
Been trying to set up another email account to recieve incoming mail, although cant remember how I done it. I currently have it set up for Hotmail but want to change it to my Gmail account instead.
For some reason when i try to change the password for my email account it dont pop up. i neeed to change the password so i can receive my email to my phone .
I am try to add my gmaill account to my Torch 9800 but keep getting a message "Invalid email address or password. Verify your email address and password.If error persists, contact gmail.com."
Text message icon went suddenly missing from home screen after setting up mail account. Screen only has messages icon and clicking that takes to email messages.
there is a username and password to access my email account setup and ive forgotten it, so i cannot register any new email again, kindly assist for a way to delete the username and passowrd, i tried reset to factory defalt, it didnt work
Out of no where, I noticed that my phone rebooted itself without me initiating a reboot. The progress bar makes it around 60% or so then the screen goes dark and starts the reboot process all over again. I might add, the phone was working fine all day today inside of my home with no water damaging environment
I have seen others fix their 9900 and I don't see why it should be any different with the 9850. Before anyone say's anything, I CAN'T get a replacement, this is NOT an option for me since the phone was a gift and I live in Dominican Republic, no Sprint here. Here's my story:So I got a Torch 9850 from Sprint as a gift from a friend. It suffered the nuked syndrome and I haven't been able to fix it. For the first few weeks I messed around with it trying all the steps I knew to get a nuked BlackBerry back alive. My PC does detect the BlackBerry, and so does AppLoader, but it keeps restarting and so AppLoader wouldn't successfully load the OS on it.A few days ago OS 7.1 was released for the 9850 and YES! AppLoader finally started the loading OS process...but it's not all happiness there either. When it gets to the second step "Wait for device initialization", right after the "Load JVM and system software" step, that's when the restarting starts again. When AppLoader is reconnecting to JVM, the phone enters a restarting loop and so an error shows saying "Unable to connect to device" and no matter how much I hit "Retry" it won't get past it. So this is where I need help, is there anyone out there that has been able to fix their 9850?
Attempted to upload software update and upon reinstalling I get the message "Application loader was unable to connect with your device" Phone is completely dead. Have tried removing battery but get same message. As someone who is past his 60's and not too techno savvy
everytime i try to watch a video on Internet, the player tells me that an error has occurred attempting to play media. i have the blackberry option in my contract and my carrier says that it is not their fault that it is not working. Internet works just fine with wifi, but not on mobile network. my blackberry was unlocked from an at&t branding, but i don't think that's the problem, since everything else works just fine.
I was excited to receive my e-mail yesterday regarding my available Lollipop Z2 update availability. Sat down, opened PC Companion on my Windows 7 laptop, made a backup for settings (no photos or apps), and then proceeded to receive the update.
PC Companion asked me to keep phone disconnected and that it would notify me when to connect (nice too)...
I started the download, but apparently the laptop went into sleep mode (not plugged to wall), which was another reason not to have phone connected (battery drain due to Z2 charging until 100%)
The rest is blurry, but when I woke the laptop up, it stopped downloading at 51% and kept extending the duration timer.
Proceeded to restart the laptop, but when I attempted to connect the phone... nothing. It charges fine, but is never detected by laptop. The Wireless Media Transfer option was still working, but it would refuse to download Update (as if USB connection was needed). Tried installing on another PC (with admin priviledges) and no go.
Phone never started update... works perfectly with that exception. MTP, MSC, USB Debugging, nothing works). Helium doesn't work. Nothing!!!
The Lollipop update was not destructive (no erasing of phone data), but it seems that I will probably need to reset phone.
I'm sick and tired of have to pull by battery every time I want to go ahead and listen to some of my music on my Torch 9860. I am running with the v7.1.0.523 and this error message has been since I had this phone with V7.0 OS. So doesn't mater which version or how many times I upgrade my OS, it stills showing "An error has occurred attempting to play media"xxxxx".
Every time I'm on my musical mood I have to pull the battery off? That really means that I have to pull the battery like 2 or 3 times per day just because I wanted to play some music? I'm pretty sure iPhones doesn't need a reboot every time they have to play a media, and it's so annoying to have to do so. How to play my music without getting this effin message?
My blackberry cant update any of its applications when I type in my password and error message comes up. I reset my password but it still doesn't work.
