I received e-mail informing me that my BBID has been locked. I followed the direction successful and was told an e-mail would be sent to re-set my password, it has been four days and I have not received the reset e-mail.
View 5 Repliesi tried to get my old account back which i made awhile ago by sending a reset password, it will say sent but nothing will show up in my email, i will then go to see if i can sign up with the username to see if the account has been closed or something and it will say it has been taken already. so i know i have the account created but im just not getting the email, what do i do?

All my e-mail acct were listed under the set-up menu, however the passwords were not working. Sprint deleted these accts and I added them back 1 by 1. The only problem is I did not remember my password. Also when I entered my E-mail name the promt shown as name already in use and I was instructed to chose another from a list. I did try to change the name by added a number but it would not except any passwords I chosen.

I've tried every combination i can think of with no joy. Spoke to my provider (O2) and they say this is a Blackberry UN & PW. tried my blackberry id and every other combination but still can't get in. Where did this username and password come from? Are they something sent to me by blackberry, or are they my own creation?

My device prev iously remembered the User Name and Password (e.g., when I had to synchronize my e-mail whenever the password for the e-mail account changed) but now that the device has been replaced, it is now asking for this information which I have misplaced. View 5 Replies View RelatedI have a jailbroken iPhone 4 and my fianc�e just purchased a brand new iPhone 4 last night. We are using itunes 10 on a macbook pro. I have been having issues with voicemails and picture messages not being received so I decided to upgrade to 4.1 and also to upgrade her new phone as well. I currently have 4.0.1 on my phone and when I plugged it into itunes it said there was an update but only to 4.0.2. Confused I upgraded anyways hoping that after I would plug it in and find that it would let me go to 4.1. However itunes is telling me that 4.0.2 is the newest update. I then tried to plug her new phone that already has 4.0.2 on it to see what would happen and again itunes tells me that she has the newest update. I have done everything I can think of to fix this and can't find out why it is doing this.
Things I have done on both phones:
-Deleted itunes and reinstall. I'm new to a macbook so I dragged itunes to the trash and it seemed to get rid of everything.
-Hard reset both iPhones
-Erase all content and settings.Restored from backup which didn't work then restored to new iPhone..I'm not really sure what else to do. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.
