The button for the Internet Mail Account is froze and will not let me create email account. I have the enterprise for work and this is working fine. This started when I changed my yahoo password from my personal PC.

I think I have accidentally deleted it Because when i click setup > email accounts > internet mail account (cannot be click)So i guess i need to download the internet mail account software once again?
I re-set up my Hotmail account on my iPhone 4S (IOS 7.1.1) tonight after deleting it due to space issues. I have set it up as pop account with the previous settings but now to send a mail from my iPhone I have to save it as draft as the send button is greyed out. When I open the draft the send button is available and sends my mails as normal - what setting have I missed to make this happen?Â
Here are the settings I used:
Incoming Mail server:
Host Name: pop3.live.com
User name XX@hotmail.com
Password: XXÂ
Outgoing mail server:
SMTP/Primary server: smtp.live.com (marked "On")
Host name: smtp.live.com

I recieved a Blackberry message stating I needed to enter my email password on the account which I have been using. I have followed the instruction by entering setup and clicking Email Accounts. On that screen it allows to me two options Internet Mail Account & Enterprise Account. However when I try and click the Internet Mail account nothing happens, it does not let me use this option. I have tried the Enterprise Account and it says "Status: initialzing service" but nothing is happening. (been like this for 30mins)

Since then i have not been able to get the email wizard set up to accept my password so that i can activate my personal email account. i have a data plan so that is not an issue, but everytime i try to log on i get this message "Sorry, unable to conigtue your session. The problem I have is with the 'Internet Mail Account' option within the Email Accounts in setup. When I click this option, nothing happens. The option doesn't respond to my click.
I know that I have workaround to setup email account through some links in internet and I have already setup my gmail account through the link. However, I would like to have the facility to add a new account through my mobile itself.
I suspect that the problem is due to an incorrect / failed update of 'Email Setup Application'. The version I have is 6.10.0804.1543
Is there any way to get this program updated ? or to get the 'Internet Mail Account' option working in my BB ? I am unable to delete the program through Application Management as the option of Delete is not present.

View 5 Replies View RelatedE-mail reconciliation is not working for me with my Gmail account. When I read an e-mail on my BB, it isn't being marked as read in my Gmail. It also isn't working the other way: when I read an e-mail on my computer, my BB doesn't mark it as read.
How can I fix this? E-mail reconciliation in my options is already turned on.
I have a BlackBerry Curve 9300 and a few days ago I added a new e-mail account and synchronized my contact list with the e-mail account without realizing it. So I deleted the e-mail account so it would stop synchronizing and it didn't. Today, I deleted a contact from the e-mails contact list through the computer and since then every time I tried to open that entry the contact app freezed. Then I deleted the contact entry and now I cannot add any other contacts.

Just acquired a new blackberry 9300. Trying to set up e-mail, followed the Blackberry demo screens but I'm not getting the options demo'd. My phone isn't letting me choose between an Internet e-mail Account and an Enterprise )work related) account, so all I'm getting is an Enterprise set up, asking for an activation code. I have not had this problem in over 5 years! Is this a symptom of iCloud going full, taking over MobileMe? I cancelled my MM account 3 months back and have not had any problems. Why has this problems suddenly started appearing? I was looking at the mail in the ALIAS account from the alias account. I activated blackberry email from my operator witch is Vodafone Romania but when I try to login on http://mobileemail.vodafone.ro/ to create my email this message appears: Your BlackBerry Internet Service Account is suspended or deactivated. Please contact your wireless service provider at 0725 and vodafone operator said the problem comes from RIM who is transmitting this message.
