Currently, while I am talking on the phone my ear lobe or face either mutes the call, turns on the speaker phone, etc.
How do I turn off the touch screen before I start talking on the phone?
Neo V touch screen does not shut off properly when I initiate a call or receive a call. While I am talking, due to the touch of my face on the screen, some other actions gets triggered like mute, or calling some other contacts etc. It is very irritating and scary to keep on checking whether the phone has gone into mute mode or not while talking.

On a call it went to loud speaker or hold phone function for whatever reason or call to somebody else at the same time or various other irritations. The worst thing is that I work in technical support and many people call me every day on Blackberry. So during the last week I deal with lots of unsatisfied and confused customers.Is there any possibility to turn off the touch screen in a call mode? I'm currently using an OTG adapter to navigate but, I'd like to know how to turn of the screen touch so that it doesn't randomly hit apps or buttons while its on and instead uses the mouse via the OTG adapter only. is there a setting/option to do that?
Is there any possible way to turn the screen off on the Touch Pro while running video out? I have a Pico Projector that we all watch football games but the battery is dimminished in no time using data package and screen on. Was wondering if there was any way to turn it off because if its hooked to the video out cable and you hit the power button it just turns right back on.

One of our users upgraded to the Blackberry Bold 9900 primarily because of the improved keyboard and weight. He is a longtime BB user most recently upgrading from an earlier Bold 9700 before that the 8800 series as well as earlier models. He does not like the touch screen and it is driving him crazy. I cannot find anything about turning it off. How can you disable the touch screen on it? I have seen posts on other sites requesting this, but have seen no solutions, other than adjusting the sensitivity.

Sometimes the touch screen doesn´t work and sometimes is works but not in a perfect way. When I try to type some numbers to dial using the virtual keyboard some keys doesn´t work out like the back button. When I type the back button the number 3 appears in the screen.
